We are from South so We always take lemon rice or curd rice on journeys, keeps tummy full and cool, without any disturbance. Our pickles are spicy and hot so we don't prefer to take it, but many South people prefer idli and gun powder, poori, chapati etc. but you'll see many people munching chips or biscuits most of the time. Last year there was a batch school students going from Mysore to Hyderabad, they had filled the train with chips packets and chocolate packs, later all had biryani and juice 😅
I'm from East u.p. Mirzapur and my family love this paratha....we make makuni bati for traveling......n some home made namkeen n sweet poori....loved ur recipe....u make awesome bakery items❤❤

आज हसबन्ड के लीए सत्तु के पराठें बनाया और फिलींग बिल्कुल आपके तरीके से बनाया।भुरभुरा होने कि वजय से पराठें बड़े अच्चे बने।पहले मैं फिलींग गीला बनाती थी,जिस वजह से स्वाद मे फर्क पर जाता था।इस बार सारे स्वाद चखने मे आया👍मैने हमारे यहाँ उपलब्द साबुत मल्टी र्गेन अनाज का आँटा इस्तमाल किया,जिस वजह से ये काफी हैल्दी भी बन कर तयार हुआ।धन्यावाद🙏खुश रहीएगा👍

Savoury way: 1.Prepare sattu as shown in video and stuff in Puri, Paratha or litti. If onion isn't added then it's shelf life increases till 2-3 days. 2.Mix salt, sattu, onion, chillies, spices and water to make a savoury refreshing drink. It is consumed in summer alot. Sweet way: 1.Mix sugar, sattu and water to make a dough like dish and it is ready to eat. 2. Mix sugar, sattu and water to make a thick consistency drink and it is ready to eat/drink. Both of these sweet sattu preparation are quick and filling breakfast.

If u add 1sp. Sattu in 1 cup rice flour and make onion rotis(thalipeet) it comes out very crispy
