Thanks! Yes, you can change the language setting to English. Naver is the best app to use for navigation in Korea as Google Maps doesn't work here. The Waze app can be useful on post, but not so reliable for off post.
In the Naver app on your phone, click the 3 lines in the top left corner > settings > language > (system language setting) should see that your system is operating in English. You can also try the English selection. The app may not translate every single word, but does a decent job for the most part.
