You can find issues with every character and they'll seem weak if you only zoom in on those weaknesses. Comparing her buttons to shoto buttons like Ken's and Luke's is just your brain telling you that you'd rather play Ken and Luke than learn to play the game with an alternative playstyle. And her anti-airs are fine, even good actually. Gief and Marisa have bad anti-airs, and A.K.I's nowhere close to that.
