Nice video! What's the use for the plate under the pot? Is this for when you water it the excess water drains out of the pot on that plate?

I hard pruned a variegated ficus benzamina , and it havent sprouted yet ... Its almost been 20 days .. do u have any suggestions or tips

Make sure the soil does not dry out and keep it in a bright spot. You could scratch the bark a bit to see if it still green underneath. Did you remove all leaves? Benjamina can react stronger to that than many other ficus varieties.
