Good to see you back Mr Soprano!! PJ and Rodrigo TX really made me want those Accels as a kid. Such a classic, glad they are still around!! I have one good curb in Anaheim, gotta hit up your LB curbs one day and learn some slappies!! Take care broski
Thanks my brotha! Yeah the LB curbs are so good, I can’t wait to get a session over there again. The Accels are just so easy, they just work, nothing fancy and heavily nostalgic. For me it was Arto and PJ that made me always want a pair, but PJ was definitely the king of the Accel.
Maybe, if it is directly on your Achilles and hurts at the stretch points that’s what happens to me. I ice light stretch and didn’t t skate at all for 3 months. I still have pain but not nearly to the level I had before.
Hell yea dude!!
He’s back! Shout out Dodger Dog haha love the name

Good nose slides dude
Thanks! My favorite and go to trick.
Slappy steaks!
I’m definitely calling them that now
i had the insertional version ( at base of heel). worst pain, couldnt walk in the morning. horrible
I’m not sure what kind mine was but walking was horrible for a while, I have been able to work through it mostly through rest and ice.
@@100funsummers I guess I was lucky. I was out for a good 3 weeks. I think overuse injury from pushing and being old
Good thing we have had a life of being adaptable - old age and skating causes a lot of adapting
Im constantly in a state of adapting 🤣. If skateboarding has taught me anything it’s that it takes a million failures to make it kinda work.
Thanks for the should out dude!!!
Of course! Gotta give a shout out when it’s deserved.
Achilles Tendinitis huh?
mines been on fire since my first real session two and a half months ago, maybe that's what I got🫤😅?

@@100funsummers
it's bearable if it's warmed up
but cuz it's sore it takes longer to warm up😅.
it's not so bad now.
