Damn, I just realized why Angus is the “star” of the group now. When Bon was alive, HE was the “star”. Angus had to step into that role when Bon passed away. 🤯🤯🤯 AC/DC is the GOAT.
Hi Ladies, That's Bon Scott on vocals, the instrument he's playing is the bagpipes, this was from 1975 and is from their album called TNT, they formed in Sydney, Australia, in 1973, singer Bon Scott, lead guitarist Angus Young, and rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young were all born in Scotland, Bon in Forfar, Malcolm and Angus Young in Glasgow, they all emigrated to Australia when they were young, Malcolm and Angus Young to Sydney, and Bon Scott to Fremantle!! 😀 😀 🤘 🤘 🎸 🎸 🎸 AC/DC are still going today in their 60s and 70s!! 😀 😀 Original singer Bon Scott passed away in 1980 and original rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young passed away in 2017 🙏 🙏 Brian Johnson 75, took over as lead singer in 1980, 4 months after Bon passed away, and has been the lead singer ever since!! 😀 😀 Stevie Young, the nephew of Angus and Malcolm Young replaced Malcolm on rhythm guitar in 2014, as Malcolm was diagnosed with dementia, which he passed away from 3 years later aged 64 🙏 🙏 RIP Malcolm Young 1953 - 2017 🙏 🙏 RIP Bon Scott, 1946 - 1980 🙏 🙏 Big Hi from Scotland 😀 😀
most people are used to their live shows decades later. This is 28 years before they performed in the huge Argentinian concerts at RIver lake where they sold out 300,000 people a night for 3 nights in a row. Thay were in their late 50s then. Here Bon Scott is around 30, and the rest of the band is not much more than 20.
It doesn’t get any better than this!!!!! I miss Bon Scott on the bagpipes!!!!! He was one in a Trillion!!!!! Thanks for this lady’s!!!!! So says Austin Tx!!!!!! 🤘🤘🥳🥳🥰😎🍸
Bon Scott is one of my five top rock singers in rock History(with Mick Jagger,Noddy Holder,Steven Tyler and Lee Brilleaux). Thank you for your reaction.
Saw them live with Bon singing so many times as a teenager in Melbourne in the mid 70’s. They were brilliant even then and we all loved Bon, my friends and I. Broke my heart when he died. He was their best front man for me and I have never wanted to see them live without him. My sister has seen both Bon and Brian and still loves Bon the most. He is a legend in this country still!

Ladies , was looking for reaction to this song and i have never seen this video of the singer playing the bagpipes. Seen the original where they're riding in the back of a truck. Thank you. Liked and subscribed!
Saw them in 1974 outside the Royal Exhibition building in Fitzroy Melbourne, I was 13 and it was my first concert! ps: Melbourne is the only city in the world to win World's most livable city 7 years running and was recently voted friendliest city in the world. This video was shot in the heart of Melbourne down Swanston Street. All us school kids used to sing: It's a long way to the shop if you want a sausage roll
The secret magic of this song is they're saying "it's a long way" as the music romps forward in high spirits. Those two elements, together, convey a very uplifting feeling.
G'day ladies, our youth in song. We changed the chorus to Its a long way to the shop, if you want a chico roll. An Australian pre MC DONALD'S fast food .
AC/DC showing their Scottish roots with the late singer Bon Scott on bagpipes ❤️ angus and Malcom young are both from Scotland also. Want a real flavour of AC/DC try the song jailbreak live from Donnington imo shows AC/DC at their live best ❤from 🏴
@@sammy_dogI agree completely! Raised in Australia and the band formed here. And Malcolm came home when he was dying. They have great Scottish roots but are an Aussie band (and sound Australian too). 🇦🇺❤️
@@karenglenn6707 not to mention that Bon wasn't part of the og line up that included Mal n Angus as well as 2 Aussies and a yank so yeah not Scottish or as some people claim British
@@sammy_dog yes I know that they had Mark Evans before Bon, but I only ever saw them with Bon in Melbourne in the mid 70’s as a teenager. Brilliant gigs that up used to blow our little minds they were so freaking tight!! Wish I could go back and do it again. Great time to be alive for music!
Bon Scott was lead singer from 1974 til 1989 when he died Brian Johnson replaced him. I like the Brian Johnson days better but Bon the OG Lead can’t take that

Cuando vinieron a Barcelona fue increíble 🤘💪💖
Hello pretty young ladies. I never thought that I would hear bagpipes in a rock and roll song but they make it work. Nice reaction.
Good job, Ladys. Had a blast listening to, and watching this reaction vid. 👌🏻👍🏻
Thank you!! 😁
so lucky they let you use it
Thanks for bringing back the memories of music i listened to back then, love you're reactions to ACDC, ❤️🇦🇺, new subscriber here 👍
Not only do they look younger, it's also a different singer. Unfortunately, Bon Scott is long dead. The singer in the other videos is Brian Johnson.

That looks like it was filmed for Countdown
It was on Countdown. The film clip on the back of the truck rolling down Swanston St was filmed for Countdown too
Was Daryl Somers on Countdown (excuse my ignorance)?
@@AndrewJens Daryl Somers was on Hey Hey it's Saturday. Molly Meldrum hosted Countdown.
