A month ago, I announced that there was a problem regarding my TH-cam channel and I tried to fix it within a month but it seems that I have to wait for another month. I will try to take care of myself more it's just bcuz of my insomnia I can't really sleep easily but I always try & I also quit drinking coffee so I'd be able to sleep more but sleeping is still hard even after I quit, I really I hate insomnia it effects my life alot especially nkw that I go to the gym I can't work out properly bcuz I didnt even get enough sleep, but nonetheless I will take care of myself more. Thank you for caring

Ig that's why I always forget about myself it's bcuz I care so much about the people close to me that I forget myself that's why I'm trying to take care of myself more & I even started going to the gym & im eating more healthy & drinking more water than before & im just trying to balance my life bcuz recently I realised that my life Is so not balanced well im always having sleepless nights just thinking about everything that ever happened & things that might happen in the future & it really effected my mental health so as soon as I realised what was wrong I immediately started taking care of myself more & it really paid off I feel better mentally & physically😊 you also take care of yourself, don't pay more attention to others than you do to yourself, don't be stupid like me balance your life, your body will thank you lmao😂💕
