I like to think they rehearsed this one way, and then when it aired Kate decided to adlib some of the 'experiments' just to mess with Ryan. And it was gold.

everyone’s talking about Cecily Strong, but i don’t think i’ve ever seen Mikey Day break.
He is an incredibly steady cast member(always solid, rarely remarkable) so he gets less overall attention IMO. He broke a little in the cut for time Drama Teacher skit with Ferrell, but he plays it off really well.
Yeah, I don't think I've ever seen him break, even when playing Don Jr. trying to wrangle Eric.
He broke in the Genetics Lab sketch. Other than that, I've not seen him break. He's great 👍

@@betsyrobert4395 i'm not native (so i may have some lack) but i get it like a wordplay: double barrel means a firearm double strike term or anything double striked or striking (for example when both eyes are affected) and at the same time something twofold (which gives us a key to understand the phrase); pink eye means conjunctivitis effect (both eyes effected as we know now, so i imagine like i'm staring at something for a long time, can't look away or even blink) and at the same time the hole we all're thinkin (yes i know u r!) about, so as a result all this phrase gives us a sizable variety of senses, we just remain to choose the best we like.
