How to submit form 26QB in this case without late fees? Can I show the transaction date of , say 1 August 24, and deposit the full 80k showing a lumpsum payment to the Seller? I had not deducted TDS till now due to this confusion in rule 194 I-A in case of multiple buyers. Please help.
