I have a Query when the Government is asking don't take cash while selling property which is ok .. if the builder who sells flat he is supposed to take everything in cheque and not cash then why do builder ask for cash... Black money and receipts are not given by builder to save his own tax ...? Why does Government makes those strigent rules ? Is it because there is some profit coming from Builders to Modi and Nirmala Sitaraman

@@kkmishra1971 please read my comments properly ur remark is sarcastic that there were builders before Modi or Sitaraman... the point is this government is only looking and means to exploit the middle class people to generate tax and is letting the big lobbies benefit from it ...when they are trying to extract tax from comman man so much why can't they do the same with Builders ? Is it because they get charity funds in their accounts from these big shots in their party accounts in form of bonds ?? Think about it

Janta ko murkh samjha aur long term capital gain 20 % se 12.5% kar diya par indexation hata diya bas loot liya public ko bevkoof banakar. Par y to dekho ki 22000 se 75000 10 saal me
Agar logo ko profit hai to tax dene me kya problem hai
Shares dekho to sahi kaha se kaha gaye 1 lac ki investment 5 saal me 20 lac or us bhi jayada bus lena lena hai govt. Ko dena nhi
Jis country me jitne jayada tax payeers hote hai vo utni develop hoti hai
