I think that including ENTJ and ISTJ to everything you (excellently) mentioned in this video would add tremendous insight here. I'm curious about similarities and differences between STJs and NTJs as well as between ETJs and ITJs. This would make for a fascinating follow-up video to what you have here. Really solid and practical insights that you already mentioned here! Nice job!

@@senzavadik3136 awesome! thank you so much. this format really has potential. Everybody just repeats general mbti information in their videos but you share it from your perspective & experience and give actionable insights. its really great. thank you so much! really valuable information.

INTJ could almost always understand the ESTJ. The other way around is almost impossible in the slightest.

From experience (INTJ side) i agree with this. There is something sad about it too.

My best friend is an ESTJ, we reached almost perfect synergy and understanding. It took him a few years to develop his intuitive side, but as he did - he started picking up on abstract parts of our disscussions and even successfully expanding them. He is also the most loyal and supportive person i know, which he only displays towards me. I feel like it is vital for an INTJ to find people, who would believe in and support him (probably more than to any other type)

I’m INTJ and my husband is ESTJ, I understand him well, but sometimes I think he has not correct picture of me in his head. And I hate when he starts acting bossy

Great video - going to watch other two.
Is there any chance you will make other "INTJ working with XXXX" on all 16 (since it was 3 and 7 months ago)? This is really usefull content and for some types it would be possible to give them a link to watch and have point of reference to discuss why workflow is great or mayby not working, with possible solutions :).

Thanks! I don't have enough experiences with all types to make generalizations.
      I have these queued up:
      INTJ vs ENTP
      INTJ vs ENTJ
And some early drafts for these:
      INTJ vs ISTJ
      INTJ vs ESFP

Do you have specific types in mind?

@@senzavadik3136 Thank you for reply :).
ENTP and ESFP would be great so i am glad you already have some work and experience on those.
My ENTP friend really likes the MBTI concept and sees value in it so he is very likely to watch that one ;).
Types you did not mention that also would be great (if possible of course) are ISTP, ENFJ and ESFJ (plus bonus ENFP just because of curiosity).
      ----- (less important jabber) -----
In our company where i work we have mainly flat structure (i would say two levels structure: but even that is mostly fluid and there are no barriers to go and talk with boss on any matter).
      Structure:
      Top:
      - ESTJ - boss (investor)
      - ESFP - boss (director) + people managment + analitics
      IT:
      - ENTP - IT management + analitics + (soon to be implemented) scrum master
      - 2 x INTP - programmers (backend + frontend)
      - ISTP - programmer (frontend)
      - INFJ (in my opinion misstyped and should be ISTJ or ISFJ but thats just my hypothesis) - programmer (backend)
      - INTJ (me) - programmer (backend) + system architect
      Sales:
      - 2 x ESFJ
      - (unknown and not willing to "get typed" - respected)
      - ENFJ
      - ENFP
      Analitics:
      - INTJ
      - ESFP (most likely)
Of course some are sure typed people and some are a bit more vague (espetially with the 'S' types from my experience it is harder to be sure - which makes sense since 'N' will be usually more interested in MBTI than 'S').
      ----- (bonus) -----
      PS:
since this landed on my main page in sugested then i think YT algorithms cought your channel in relation to 'MBTI' so this is good ;). I do not know your plans for this channel (because there might be no time or whatever reasons) but seems like good opportunity/timing ;). Good luck!

@@kamilkaniewski6742 Thanks! Do you have specific questions about working with the people at your company?
I'd also add that types have really fuzzy boundaries so a description for one will likely bleed to another. I use typology as a technology to cluster mappings of personality tendencies with useful tactics/insights. So I don't believe any individual will fit one of 16 types perfectly.

"ESTJs can't stand typos"...proceeds to have a power point full of random extra lines... that would trigger several personalities.

Interesting. As an INTJ, I see nothing wrong with the spacing. I recognize the use of zones for categorizing the material. When I take notes it is very spatial, like using text blocks all over the page, often comprised of both lines and columns.
