if anyones offering to help you fix your computer with a remote assistant by using your desktops interface with something like teamviewer, don't do it.
teamviewer is not safe to let people remotely use your desktop from, as they can open a window to set a system key "syskey" and they can enter a random password to lock your computer with, if you don't know the password to unlock the computer that they made and didn't tell you, that's how your permanently locked out and would have to have GeekSquad at Best Buy restore your computer with a clean install of Windows via a CD or USB drive they'll have to use to restore your PC.
If they have to do it that way, you may potentially lose everything you once had on your computer from being restored because its a clean installment, meaning that Windows will only come with its self made with applications.

ahh i cant attrib -s -h -r -i Ms76AF3F70App.dll cuz its "access denied" i tried other ways (giving me system account , startup repair and it all didnt worked) and my avast premier is infected it wont let me turn on web shield and chrome is acting weird giving me weird notifs and etc please tell me what to do and my shortcuts are getting deleted i cant change my desktop wallpaper,themes also i use windows7 pls tell me what do i need to do

Just cause its exe or inf extension doesnt mean its a virus. Some exe files you can download from malware sites can give viruses. However, inf files are more vulnerable to malware but they are still important

You have to format your drive last, right click C: drive click format
there are many .exe files but when i type the attrib -s....-i command it show access denied. what to do then ?

So when you are searching under system32 are you writing down the ones that say just r or are you writing down any letter weather it's s h or r?

Say in system32, you can add |more at the end after your attrib command if there more than your cmd box can handle
I prefer to use an antivirus software instead. I am using Protegent antivirus software which comes with inbuilt data recovery software and work well even systems with RAM 512 mb.

You have deleted and uninstall the games but sometimes the temporary files are still save in your hard disk.
1. please go to programm files and delete that folders and then restart.
2. Then go to run programm and type "prefetch" and enter.
3. delete all the files from that folder.
4. go to run programm and type "%temp%" and delete all the files.
5. go to run programm and type "recent" and delete all the files inside the folder.
then restart your system and change the download location and try to download the files. If it is not download.

which type of file is not opening???
If it is a flash player related files. you can update your flash player and then try to download. Some times we uninstall the games our flash player was corrupted.

hey, when i try to delete the autorun.inf using cmd, it goes, "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another processor."
then i looked to my TaskManager, hoping to find any application being driven by autorun and i found nothing.
i tried to delete it manually to my C: and to my D: and ran the command again, and it said the same thing.
what do i do, please, help?
Go on windows search and type in msconfig. Navigate to services and/or start up, and check to see if it's running. If so, disable it, restart your computer then try to delete the file. Furthermore, just because it's an autorun.inf file, it doesn't necessarily mean it's a virus. If the problem persists, it may not be a virus and you might have to search elsewhere for the virus.
Please right click cmd and run as administrator account
then try this

i have so many cfrbackup files so i have to delete them or not

Please delete all the unwanted temporary files in the c drive and your system will works faster.
go to run command type prefetch and press enter press shift key + delete key to delete permanently all the files from the folder
then go to run command and type %temp% and delete all the files from the folder
then go to run command and type recent and delete all the files from the folder'
then delete all the files from the download folder, then move or delete all the files from the mydocuments and if you have put any files in the desktop please shift to another drive.

I just got my new laptop 3 days ago, and how can I trust this process rooting from the claim that "generally, c drive doesn't contain .exe files" when there are a lot of .exe files like a hundred here. will I delete something I should not.
Can you say the name of the exe files? Do you use them? Are they in your C drive?

I typed the command attrib and it says a. shrimp. c:\bootmgr
a sh c:\boot not
a. sh. I. c:\ hiberfile.sys
a. sh c:\pagefile.sys
a sh c:\swapfile.sys

Redirect the output to a text file so you can read it. So for example, if I wanted to do a ipconfig /all command and send it's output to a notepad file, I would say ipconfig /all > c:\my_directory
etworkinfo.txt
This will create a file called networkinfo.txt in the specified directory and send your output from the command in there. Navigate then to the file where it's stored and it should be there. I hope this helps.
