In its following episode th-cam.com/video/VVX-iOKty9k/w-d-xo.html towards the end is a young boy, a teenager probably; who is lying dead between the newly built Berlin Wall along the barbed wires laid all over. This event shown in the episode I have cited, took place in Berlin almost few years after 1947 when India & Pakistan were created and on that division this classic short story Toba Tek Singh by Manto Sahab had been written. But that very shot of the dead boy reminded me instantly of the true translation of Toba Tek Singh's end as described by Manto in the story. I strongly recommend today's younger generation to watch all the 24 episodes of this Cold War series sitting with their elders and grand parents, to realize the current state of the world's affairs and why or how the control has gone into the hands of few at global level.

I learned this story in my school as a part of my Hindi syllabus. Yes, that was a different time - in the sixties, I was deeply affected by Monto's story, and even today I am in the same state when I heard it in the rich voice of the narrator. Thanks a million, Sir, for uploading it.

This is a 5 star story of Saadat Hasan Manto. Story telling of Mr. Zia Moinuddin is simply great. This is my one of the favourite story.
