I love how in this video you trespass into someone’s home to show off how it’s different and when the homeowner tells you to leave you just erase her from existence
The Dragonborn has achieved chim and now looks over his handy work and states proudly "I have changed this land.."! Then the home owner rudely interrupts him mid-sentence by walking in and is like "hey get out of my house weirdo and why are you talking to yourself"? Dragonborn slowly turns to face annoying peasant and with a flick of his mighty finger zaps her out of existence entirely. "Now as I was saying I have changed this land that is MINE"!!..

Very beautiful. That was the main problem on 2011 skyrim. You felt like it was a huge game, lots of potential, though it felt like standard. And started on this little things, the city's, the buildings, the dungeons all looked the same. The fact that different cities have different characteristics is much more realistic and beautiful
Nah, the Syerscote building designs should've been used for Morthal to redesign the Vanilla buildings, it has that gothic look to it and suits Morthal so well with the town being gloomy and dark, and there should be 23 buildings in total for Morthal with a wall around the city with gates to go in and out with a loading screen like Falkreath was in Holds the city overhaul.
@@raphaelcaamano1884 Hjaalmarch is the poorest hold though, shouldn't it have the smallest capital? The more standard medieval European look works for Falkreath in holds because it used to be part of Cyrodiil. Galandil, the creator of holds said in his video on his design for Morthal that he just put a few touches here and there and didn't actually expand it much because the citizens of Hjaalmarch have a more primitive lifestyle than the rest of Skyrim, they're hunter gatherers and their Jarl is a wisewoman, I doubt they can afford gothic architecture. @@raphaelcaamano1884 I just edited it and there's something about holds specifically in it now, look again. Morthal does not have the resources to be a proper city. You can stack Cities of the North with JK's city overhauls, which is really nice. But I assume this won't work with the Great Cities mod. Can anyone confirm?

Morthal's actually one of my favorite towns. :/ I prefer its quiet, northern atmosphere more than places like Markarth and Dawnstar (which both unsettle me).

See, now THIS feels like a better representation of Norse culture that Skyrim's art design simply failed at capturing.
Its almost like its a fantasy game
@@ioverslept. it is, but junks off it were heavily inspired of Norse culture and mythology.
There’s a ton of mods that change the appearance of morthal to try and make it better, but this is one of the few (and I mean few) mods to do it right
who is getting the glitch where certain doorways are missing and just have a black rectangle
i have that glitch and cant seem to fix it
Does anyone have a COTN problem with floating torches and lanterns even after being patched? Not a LOS issue either. Can’t seem to figure it out.
I think this actually fits Morthal better than it does Dawnstar.
