Thanks for the comment Jack and thank you for watching! This rip rap had been sitting under a tree for over a year so unfortunately it wasn't very clean! Full of dirt and leaves. But I think it will still do the job.
Hey Neal, Floyd here... I am a long-time sub and first-time commentor. I love your videos, especially the grading projects with small homeowners. I have to say I am not a fan of time-lapse. I understand creators are worried about content being too boring, but time-lapse at 10-times speed only gets me dizzy (especially if the camera is in the equipment with you). Sometimes, I just have to close the video and quit watching. I am probably in the minority when it comes to time-lapse, but I just wish creators would reconsider, keeping time-lapse to a minimum and real-time to a maximum. Thanks, and keep up the good work and videos!
Floyd, thanks so much for the comment! I really do appreciate feedback and I don't get enough of it!! I agree the machine time lapse on this one is rough. I was practicing with timewarp videos but it was too fast and I tried to slow it down. Didn't turn out good unfortunately but I am going to try another setting next time I think will work better. I will definitely incorporate some more regular footage moving forward! I have about 8 hours of video from this job actually for the driveway grading and drainage swale I still need to edit.
Rip Rap is the best.... I am a fan sir of your channel and your work!
Great info! Thank you for this valuable video.
