My big stuff up was buying my evo from a car park, it was low miles and looked super clean. Anyway I did about 8 track days and it started blowing smoke, I did a comp test and all were under 90 psi. I was up for 20k in engine build, so I did all that with the best parts and I love it now. I wouldn't recommend one if you are limited in funds

Varies slightly between an Evo IX (mivec) and Evo 8. Shoot around 150-160+ for an 8 and around 125-140 for a 9. This is done with a warm/hot engine and the throttle wide open. You must disconnect your crank position sensor before doing this or you'll wash your cylinder walls down with unburnt fuel. Larger camshafts for example, will lower your compression values. On my 8, I'm around low 150 with GSC S2 cams and when original, low 160s or so. The big thing to look for is a large variance from one cylinder to the next. For example - a value of roughly 14-15 plus psi from one cylinder to the next, is a strong sign of an issue 👌

Another big tip is if the brembo calipers are still bright red. If they are faded normally that means the car was tracked and the brakes overheated.
I might be selling my 2005 Evo MR GG 29k original mile super mint condition 2 owner car. Non-raced bright red factory calipers still with the original brake pads. Garage queen car never even seen the rain underneath chassis still looks original. Where would be the best place to post up if you have a super clean Evo and want to get good money?

Bro i need a big advice from you, im planning to buy te37s for my evo. I just wanna ask 9.5J +22 will fit for it without doing any modifications to rear fenders? And negative camber is necessary?

You will have to roll your fenders depending on the tire you run. I ran a 255 35 18 and had to roll my rears.
