amazing video, only one thing though, does your bike turn on while charging I bypassed the key fob because I lost all the fobs, and I connected the red/black wire and red/white wire together and the bike automatically turns on while charging. I am gonna change it out to a key ignition and was wondering if your bike does this?
@@coca-colaaddicted3156 im thinking maybe instead of changing wires at the rfid box maybe if you bypass the scanner part by just twisting the two wires together to skip it, maybe it wouldnt turn on when charging.
So i used two pieces of sheet metal, cut them to the right distance, drilled two fitting holes, then i used a set of nut and bolt to fit the plastic cover to the brackets, then the stock bolts to fit the brackets to the frame, its kinda complicated but it works well
@@ChargedTalaria most of my bikes have a simple key also its the same thing, im just stating the obvious you made the bike easier to steal. The rfid is more secure and hidden in a much better spot within the wiring harness.
@@JosePerez-hv1fr so depending on how you did it, yes and no. It is apart of the red white wire to red black, if you don’t want that, connect red solid, to red black. I didn’t mention it in the video as I recently discovered this. So it’s up to you
For me I tried leaving the button in . And bypass chip it only works once . But once you turn it off it stays dead untill you disconnect and reconnect the two wires . Not sure if this is cause I didn’t use a key switch

sorry for not seeing this sooner, ive come down to the conclusion that the bike turns on when charging due to the rfid being bypassed, it makes no sense but thats the reason it does it, you could possibly find another way to bypass it, then it wouldnt turn on, but in the meantime i done know how to fix it, and you can do it with a surron or talaria key, but i dont recomend the surron key, because the surron has universal keys, im pretty sure, making it less secure

This was one of the best how to videos. Very niiice
dude i scoured the internet to find a video on this and bro you killed it. one thing tho. where did you find those adapters to hold down your plate?
It’s a bracket for a screw to hold another screw, you could also cut a piece out of a sheet of metal or something. So it’s just a custom piece

Hey so you know how the new key ignition has a plastic white pin connecter? Did you chop that off and then connect them to the wires on the bike?
