87 was the last year for those generation Chev & GMC fullsize half ton & three quarter ton regular cab pickups. The one ton regular cab pickups on the other hand were still in production up through 89 & same with the crew cab pickups & SUVs except they stayed in production up through 91.

Neat truck being that its a last year model for that bodystyle. The '87 had the TBI engines in them. Having said that the 1988 GMT400 models that replaced them were light years better than these in every aspect.
