when i was peak in ability and strengs was in 28 years old, then i was fixing one part of my program that i made to my self, only got level 6 of 10, no go around was alowed ;) level six was to be strong in naturell way, i was train lifting 100 kilo 3x5 ,legs? haha did not needed that time, my max is not far away frome my trainings only 112,5 was my max, lift frome the cheest, but there it was an end in my program :)
