Insane how fast she was, even considering the missing DU's she had - incredible!
the cycle speed on the gymnastics and barbell is disgustingly fast. also, she never looked out of breath at any point in that workout considering the fast clip she was operating at. if she gets some more brute strength in her game, i don't see anyone beating her - even tia

She gets her feet and knees very high on the muscle ups. It’s very technique based as opposed to a lot of just brute strength myself and others do. Saves so much energy.

I might be wrong but it looked like Mal was disappointed at the end, probably cause she had a few missed double unders, that’s the real winners mindset if so, still wins but knows she didn’t necessarily do her best

Super fast but I am astonished that all the thrusters count. Might be the angle but especially when the weight got heavier it looks like she never fully extended the arm at the thrusters.

Does Rob Kearney do CF? ( the rainbow Mohawk and an absolute powerhouse in Strongman for being relatively small for the sport )
Rob actually started out in a Crossfit affiliate before moving on to strongman. Not sure if it is part of his current program though.
He crossfits three days a week at the moment.

That's incredible! She might very well have been sub 4 minutes if she hadn't had those mess ups on her double unders. A miscount cost her at least 5 or 6 seconds. She missed one which is understandable, and then a miscount on the second round. That's got to be 12 seconds right there. Incredible time.
