What a useless example of pulling out various ships with publicly available stats and capabilities only to make a video which proports to rank them according to "strength" or "power." There are so many other variables to consider when truly evaluating ship capabilities which could not possibly be known to the creators of this video. The one thing that is glaringly obvious to me is the omission of the crews. Without a competent crew, all of these ships would be useless and dead in the water. I don't care is the ship has this or that because none of these features are as important as a well-trained crew with patriotic zeal and dedication. Anyone who is familiar in the slightest with naval traditions, history, tactics, or any other measure of knowledge about naval warfare will emphatically tell you that the crew is the most important element of any naval fighting ship.

It's a frigate armed with weapons that only destroyers usually carry. So it is a hybrid similar to India's Visakhapatnam class and Kolkata class. Makes sense considering a new destroyer would mean designing and producing one which takes more time and money. So why not just arm frigates to the teeth.
