    Funny enough, as a taller guy at 6'2", I feel like the bars are at the perfect position for me to just relax my arms and they're there. I was worried about it at first, but it's actually quite comfortable. More comfortable than my old sport bikes that's for sure.

    Just turned 22 last month, looking forward to picking this up next year as I move to Ithaca or NYC for my master's in financial engineering. Awesome review sir, enjoyed watching this thoroughly.

    Fellow Jed here, with the same bike, no less! I can mirror your sentiments about the Sportster S. Fantastic bike. Aside from the wheelie bar back end, and the uncomfortable forward controls, I love it. The color on this thing is pretty interesting. Looks dark in the sun, but put it under some florescent lights, and it appears nearly orange! I installed the mid controls, and a tail tidy. The mids help my lower back quite a bit. Also, setting up the shocks to your rider weight goes a long way. (according to manual) Such a difference between road mode, and sport mode!

      I can imagine those mids feel great.

    I got to test ride a couple recently, the forward controls are awful, making me feel cramped into a letter 'C'. BUT the MID controls are SO much better, way more comfortable! Its like a different bike!

      @TheJedRides  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The letter C is a good descriptor for the stock riding position. Yes, I bet mids are much better. I could use some T bars as well!

    I'd get a used one still on warrenty and extend it. Once the tail hugger and stock pipe is gone, it'd be great.

    Idk why but it looks weird, i guess its because all the old people at harley tried to make something look modern but it looks like what people thought futuristic was during y2k. The indian scout 60 looks a bit better and is a bit cheaper

    It has everything I don’t want. It’s a ‘clutter cluster.’ What a mess….
    If I want a sport bike, I’ll buy a sport bike.
    ‘But it’s fast’ …..don’t want fast.
    ‘It’s got more horsepower’….don’t need it.
    Seems all you did was complain about the ride as you went along. Old people aren’t interested and young people can’t afford it.

    • @TheJedRides
      @TheJedRides  หลายเดือนก่อน

      But it’s fast! 😝 Just kidding. Your points are all valid. Still, though, it’s impressive Harley can just decide to build something like this and then do it. Now if they would just release the Bronx bike they teased several years ago ….

  • @elithegreat6463
    @elithegreat6463 หลายเดือนก่อน

    This Bike has been a Hot-Mess since 2021 with Gremlins, and motor Electrical/trans issues..Has H-D fixed them ?? Everyone I speak to about this Bike says, it's nothing but a Hassle and trips to the Dealer for warranty Work.
    And Yes, I test rode one, and it's amazing in Sport Mode, but if the thing keeps on breaking down, and spitting out Engine Codes that have to be fixed, then H-D better get it's Shit together, cause the word is out, that these things are not reliable.
    And you really needed to talk more about what mode you were in, and educate yourself on the Bike before blathering your ignorance about it.
