I just drove 2800 miles on our last trip with the Centramatics and the road noise, vibration and anything to do with the tire balance was GONE. No more loose lead weights falling off, ineffective balancing, etc. The RV behaved great from a tire and road rolling standpoint. Glad to have the Centramatics on the RV. Well worth the $$.
The only upgrade I have done to my Ram dually trucks. I tried them due to people not knowing how to balance offset wheels on 3500 dually. Smoother ride and longer tire tread life. I will not own another truck without Centramatic balancers. They offer them for many trailers also.
Make sure balancer is not touching with valve stem my valve stem is leaking badly had to call roadside service it's going to cost me a lot more then a 1000$
Hi ALUMINUM CRUSHER, Unfortunately, Centramatic does not make these balancers for conventional cars. However, they do make balancers to fit both heavy and light duty trucks, buses, RVs, motorcoaches, trailers and motorcycles. Hope this can be of some use to you!
the product dynamically balances the tires so NO you don't have to put lead weights on the tires. That's the whole point of getting these vs. static balancers on the wheels. Try them out, I did and it's been working just fine.
the product uses smaller ballast so it can adjust for balance even closer than a bunch of larger ball bearings that can only compensate for the loads based on individual weight. Results matter. It's not like you can climb out of your rig and look at some clear ring to see if it's working (and have a strobe light to do it). The results are in the ride.
Wait a minute here... I understand about promote a product but this is just bad all way around. Pay attention that once he adds the ball bearings and secure them into the wheel he turns the motor to spin the wheel and that is absolute finel. Now, once he uses his machine to show that the ball bearings are equally balance the wheel weight it shows an affixed wheel or so the wheel is not spinning. That is just a picture added over the real wheel spinning showing the ball bearings suppose balancing the wheel. But how that can be done??? Well, take the wheel with everything on it and set flat down on any surface, adjust the ball bearings by moving the wheel in a circular motion till spread them apart on the desire area oppose side from the magnetic and take a picture. Now just add that picture in the video and it's done.
It's a strobe light. REALLY??? don't you get that it's going to look like it's not moving because of the strobe effect. I have a set on my RV and I understand the scientific reasoning behind this product.

Your demo ring uses large balls. Why doesn't your production units use the same size?
