Lenovo Loq which comes with intel HX processor have two issues
1- First issue is battery drop , laptop battery drop when games are played on performance and custom power mode even if charger is connected.
2-Lenovo Loq which comes with intel HX processors have high chances of motherboard failure.
If you want to buy Lenovo Loq better to go with Loq which comes with AMD Ryzen processors , intel knows instability issue with their 13th and 14th high end CPUs.

If mother board problem raises for every Lenovo loq hx series then it would be failure model but it still exists that means it depends upon the way of our usage
For few motherboard died while watching TH-cam… for some it died while playing CS2 .. cost is low because lenovo has compromised with the quality of motherboard

@@VARUN-dn6mh I just spoke to lenovo and ig I got lucky with executive mam was really helpful and kind she helped with to get doa that's what she said she told he would tell my technician to give doa and not Mobo replacement so did I tell the technician I then got refunded.... See my laptop died within 15 days that's the doa window of reliance so it was easier for me to get refund...

I had loq 14700hx +rtx 4060 but this issue will be present on all LOq which comes with intel HX processor with rtx 3000 and rtx 4000 gpus .. lenovo give weak power chargers

I also have a Lenovo loq too (Intel i513450hx with 3050 6gb) I didn't experience any battery drain issue and i believe u should go check out the conservation mode on the Lenovo vantage and turn on rapid charging it helps a little. the Lenovo L1 chip Focus power on components for performance well (also playing on custom extreme mode means u running the processor and GPU on full power so ofc it will draw a lot of current but idk i never experienced battery drop also I use my laptop on battery conservation mode so my battery never changers till 100%

As I mentioned in this video..issues are mostly coming in loq which comes with 13th and 14th gen intel HX processors.. Same problem with my Lenovo loq rtx 4060 ryzen 7 7840hs i got battery issue
And they said its the charger problem but after bios update my problem get fix but they said its charger problem and they offer 230 watt charger (the plug top was big wtf its water heater or something) so i didn't take it .
my question is lenovo loq is safe to use ?? Because its most likely the ai chip which is causing problems in my opinion when i face the battery issue my charging capacity which 60wh by default drops to 0.32wh (i never use laptop without charging and charger still working when i face the issue and in lenovo Vantage software its showing battery issue when i scan the hardware (i got option to replace battery) and if intel user get battery issue and motherboard issue there's a chance i will get motherboard issue too in future .

I also had this laptop the rtx 3050 6gb variant with i5 13th gen and i faced motherboard dead issue under 2 months of use and i luckily had purchased 3 years premium warranty and got it fixed. The customer service was very good and they came and got it fixed without any extra charges.
Did you compare the performance difference in new and old mobo? Few people complained that their performance dropped with the replacement mobo as they use refurbished motherboard? Did your check your Cinebench r23 multi core scores? 3dmarks scores?
@@piyushmishra4607 No the performance was same but after the replacement my laptop heated very quickly and reached high temperature while playing games like Forza and god of war.

I think that the VRM modules in LOQ laptops can't handle intel13/14th gen CPU power requirements but they can handle the AMD ones that's why the battery is getting used even while plugged in clearly they have done cost cutting in supporting components as I have legion with same specs (except display) as loq but it cost me around 1.55 lakh where as loq is offering same specs at under 1 lakh so there was a catch from the start 🥴🥴

Bro I'm using legion 5i with 11400h processor. Two months ago when I turned on the laptop it's keyboard was flickering and no display. When took it to the service centre they telling I used the laptop too much and the processor is got damages and now I need to fully replace the motherboard. How come a gaming PC just die buy using it. I just casually game in it and i mainly use it for design purpose. The laptop is still with me as a piece of plastic. Don't know what to do and it requires more than 60k to replace the motherboard.

I purchased LOQ 12th gen RTX 2050 , its very good laptop , there is no problem , I suggest that if you want to buy this laptop then buy it from near lenovo official store and check the manufacturing date because old manufactured laptop have this problems and there is no problems in new manufactured laptop .
Rtx 2050 does not draw that much power it’s not that powerful..issue is with the models that comes with intel HX series cpu + rtx 3000 and rtx 4000 gpu combination

Yes I have told this in the video ..battery drop only happen in custom and perform power mode if you play modern aaa titles..in normal task battery drop doesnt happen but mobo dead has no pattern it’s happening but not happening with everyone
