    How do I make sure the POMs change size to size with auto grading. When I export and pair avatar sizes all of the POMs change.

      @CLO3D  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi There. Auto Grade is more like Auto Fit. You cannot make multiple Grades using Auto Grade ( A bit confusing name) You will instead need to use the Grading Tools that are shown in this video. Then as you add Grades you can check the POMs for each Grade

      OK, well let’s make it work.
      To make the software able to use auto grade it’s very easy in fact I could actually talk with your developer team and tell them how to make sure that the POM‘s lineup if you use auto grading
      Please stop playing with peoples money enough with this halfass support and start hiring people who know how to run a software company and support
      I know how to use these grading tools already why would you offer the POM to work with the auto grading if you weren’t able to export them all at once instead of individually.
      Regardless of the auto grading, editing the individual grading still doesn’t save size by size by size and update the POMs there is literally an error in your scripting line that reads the different POM’s and patterns and displays the information it’s actually pretty easy to fix.
      It’s very very apparent that your software has been underdeveloped and put out way too quickly and you’re spending all your money on stupid marketing things like CLOchella that nobody cares about how are you make the software work first.

      @@CLO3D also I’ve watched through all of the grading tutorials and videos and manuals and forums no one seems to know how to actually save the grading size to POMs and make sure they save and assign to the correct pattern for spec sheet or tech pack stuff. And the tech pack you can download from CLO-set has the options for multiple size ranges and corresponding POMs yet they all stay the same column by column unless I save individual and manually input. It’s very clear this doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to at all.
      If you guys update and make sure he develops more nuanced industry tech pack options and make sure that they only work as far as actually going to factory production your software would be taken a lot more seriously industry wise and useable. Fix this!

      Hi Hasibe. We are using ASTM size files that can be applied in CLO to ready to use CLO avatars. If you take a look at our beginners series you can see how different sized can be applied

    Hi, I would like to ask a question that is important while grading patterns in CLO, because, after grading we always measure to double-check if I am grading correctly. So is the ruler measuring all sizes of pattern available in CLO? and if it is available please show me how to use it.
    Another, after the measure is finished, I would like to show the measurement as an excel file, how to do that? Please help me😁
    Thanks!

      If you add Point of Measures to your patterns in CLO, each graded size will have it's own set of measures. In the PoM tab, there is an option to download the PoM in CSV format.

    hi, could you tell me how to measure all the pattern sizes after grading to double-check if I am grading correctly?

    • @CLO3D
      @CLO3D  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Grading is an art unto itself. There is not one single way to grade "correctly"; it is all based on the type of the garment and the size range. Though CLO can help you do this, the knowledge itself would come from the company/designer's knowledge.

      Standard Alvanon forms have locked joints. To be able to change poses you have to purchase files from Alvanon.

    Hello! Thanks for the video. I have a question about Review Mode: I am looking for a way to use pattern internal lines (hip, thigh, knee) to line up with the fit form landmarks. In review mode, I am unable to see any of the graded internal lines so I thought I could add a topstitch to these internal pattern guidelines. But, I am not able to see the topstitching in the review mode window either-- The topstitching shows up as a seam groove that is not bright enough to see in transparent mode. Do you have any tips? Thanks in advance.

    • @CLO3D
      @CLO3D  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      what about just a simple stripe and/or plaid texture added to the fabric.

    • @elizabethmaginot3411
      @elizabethmaginot3411 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CLO3D Thanks for the suggestion but that may not be specific enough for my use case. The issue I am having is that the topstitching I have added to the pattern is not showing up in grade review mode, I see no stitching at all--is this a glitch? I am using Virtual Alvaforms that have position markings on them for "Waist", "Low Hip", "Thigh", etc. When creating pattern blocks for these bodies, I add a line to the pattern to note where the "Waist", "Hip", Thigh" placements are on the pattern. When fitting the pant on the form, I use transparent fabric mode to check if the pattern is properly aligning to the form at these landmarks (Especially when developing the grade, I like to review the landmarks on all sizes to check my vertical grading is accurate). Looking forward to your reply, Thanks!

    why there's no tutorial on how to export patterns with grading?

    • @CLO3D
      @CLO3D  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi There. Currently you can export a style with different sized from the Print Layout Mode. In the Nest Settings Property Editor you can choose number of garments and set to 1 of each. Please note this will lay out one of each and not nest them on top of one another.
      Currently in CLO you cannot nest like a paper patter you may purchase from a store. We do hope to add this in the future. Instead if you are looking to nest like this you would need to export each one one at a time then bring them into a program like Ai and stack them there.
      Hope this helps

    And, another question: how about the button position, how to grade for button and buttonhole?

    • @CLO3D
      @CLO3D  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Buttons/buttonholes are usually placed a specific distance from the edge and spaced based on the number of buttons and/or the length of the opening.
