Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.
Due to my demanding job, I lack the time to thoroughly assess my investments and analyze individual stocks. Consequently, for the past seven years, I have enlisted the services of a fiduciary who actively manages my portfolio to adapt to the current market conditions. This strategy has allowed me to navigate the financial landscape successfully, making informed decisions on when to buy and sell. Perhaps you should consider a similar approach.

This hit different for me. November 2023 marked my 2nd year FT in real estate. My average sales volume and commission dropped by 50%. I blamed it on so many things. One thing I did not factor into the equation was ME. I looked at everything that was going on external to me as the root cause of the decline in my production. Now that I've seen this video, I'm tossing that list (because all of those things, I had no control over) and writing a new list to include one thing...ME. As you said in the video, the controllable factor is ME and my ability to focus. Everything else that happened in 2023 (market shifts, consumer apprehension, interest rate fluctuations, etc) will continue to happening 2024. For things to change in my business, I have to make it my business to work harder on ME and what was discussed in the video. LIFE/BUSINESS HACKS right here. Thanks Brian! You are remarkable. I thank God for your willingness to freely share your wisdom with us.
Life insurance agent here. This is applicible to my industry too. Even tho you're videos are more talored to real estate agents, these priniciples you teach are gold in most sales fields 🙏
I can’t wait to get started on the couching program soon. I’m a brand new agent and got licensed earlier this month. Studying the resources Brandon provides along with other books and educational resources has been invaluable. Within a week I have already started to grow my database and make connections looking like they will lead to serious transactions. Brandon is 100% right about other agents. I have some great people at my brokerage but most are only on the phone 30-60 minutes prospecting a day if even that. I know so many realtors who think leads only come from floor duty and open houses. I’ll be coming for coaching soon Brandon just you wait!
I’m only at 20 minutes of this video, but also assumption would be that some of these “leads “if you have a strong follow up system are going to trickle in later. There’s also buyer leads that come off those listings, again good follow up with that and these numbers start to go up. Or at least buff out any of the objections. I’m not even a call cold call agent for Lead generating. I work by referral. and I love this.
You’re seriously the best teacher/coach ever. You have the ability to take a complex subject and simplify it. I joined the coaching group and I’m doing my best to complete it but I’m so dang busy with business, I’m struggling keeping up. 😩
I had a baby 9 months ago. Wife works as a teacher. I’m a stay at home Dad. I’m trying to find time to prospect. There are no excuses, there is always time to make it happen. I do think I can utilize my time when the baby naps or when my wife gets home at 230. I can grind from 230 to 530. That’s 3 hours of prospecting. I gotta get on it!
Excellent video Brandon. Nice name by the way! Okay, I will be licensed in about 2 weeks. I’m getting everything ready so day 1 I can start lead generation. You break down in this video the percentage and I’m assuming those are different conversations with the seller/buyer. Can you break down KPI’s in more depth?
I watch your videos and everything you say makes sense. I just worry that because of the market I am in (NYC) I may have restriction that other markets might not have.
Hey brandon, my only question would be where to go to get the conversations? is it primarily circle prospecting and FSBOS? I run out of FSBOs to call and expireds after a couple hours. Thank you
I didn't follow the year 2 numbers. I'm assuming the increased listings were from year 1 follow ups? Taking 44 listings is possible from prospecting, but that seems like a huge leap from 6 year 1. Can you explain the numbers? Thanks! Great content as always.

Hi Brandon, I read Vulcan V doesn't work in Canada. Do you use another system for Canadians?

She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran a Google search on her name and came across her website… thank you for sharing.

Me as I'm cooking dinner, trying to post my open house on Instagram for tomorrow, while listening to your video. I think single focus is the key. 🏡
That's most of us.
Awesome video Brandon! You are right about the distractions and exuses we set for ourselves. I certainly need to be more focus as you say.

I have an appointment tomorrow I can’t wait 🙏

Congrats on 100K Subs!!!
Hi Brandon, can agents purchase your sellers net sheet and your listing presentation? Love love all of your videos!
I watch your videos and everything you say makes sense. I just worry that because of the market I am in (NYC) I may have restriction that other markets might not have.
Please elaborate if you would??
Thank you so much for these videos. When you say contacts, do you mean outreach calls that answer the phone?
Thanks Brandon. It's really great!
Great video Thank you!
Excellent video brutha
It's just NLP baby!😊
Would you count lead follow up as prospecting? I have enough leads to follow up with but I don’t have enough new leads to call for 3 hours
Gotta call more people
I agree @@emdieselify

As Steve Jobs once said, _Focus is about saying _*_NO._*

🔥brilliant
How can you increase the contacts per hour? Isn’t that 100% based on the other side actually picking up, not skill related?
And this isn’t even your sphere of influence. You can double that 66k number with just people you know
Jeb blount calls them Power Hours.
Guilty 🙋♀️
We all are 😆
Brandon wth are u talking bout on this one...u lost me
It was pretty straight forward, man.
