Yo. I know you're not familiar with the ruling of the reboot but here's a breakdown of the pro/tcg game: Character cards are permanent, aka they remain on the field on a sideboard and are separate from your deck. Energy= the cards you've discarded for that energy. Abilities=can be played by using energy Life= which can be reduced with the damage on the character card and that damage can be increased by rolling on a (fire)fist or playing a card to increase damage. How I close Leonidas, since I just had to get him and now I'm back in the game (also to not damage him, been waiting years): 1. Tuck in the head, hold in place 2. Tuck in leg, fold down wing on opposite side to make easier, hold wing in place 3. Fold down other wing, hold both wings in place 4. Tuck in the tail 5. REJECT MONSTER FORM, RETURN TO BALL
Confirming it is head/feet, then wings (the wings hold the head down), then tail. The tricky thing is that the feet have to be all the way up, or the tail will catch. I actually came here looking to learn how to close him, and was amused to find I wasn’t the only one struggling to figure it out. Also, I’m shocked that his potential wasn’t recognized in this review. I’m really new to the game, so maybe I’m just completely doing this wrong, but the way I play with my daughter (she’s 6, so we just play the toy battling game, not the TCG) if you put Leonidas on a team with two other helix core users, and manage to grab another helix core or two before rolling Leonidas, holding two helix cores makes him a 1500B. Maybe this isn’t how it’s supposed to work, but the toy battling game’s simplicity makes it easy and fun to home brew your own games by incorporating aspects of the card game and interpreting the abilities and stuff in a way to make your own spin on the mechanics.
u know what i love and its kinda of funny, for those of u who dont know when the first bakugan game game out their was a version of the game that came with a special bakugan inside the box not leonidas which would have made more sense but instead it was the bakugan version of naga the semi - main enemy who trys to absorb the silent core (both in the anime and game) but it always seemed funny to me that naga was in the anime so he could have just got his toy version by normal means while leonidas being only in the game should have been the speacial bakugan to come with the special version of the game it would be even cooler if they had diffrent attributes for each leo in the box ( like u can get a version of the game that comes with pyrus leo or u can get a copy that comes with ventus leo )so every one could get a version of leo in their preferred attribute( i would have gotten darkus and aquas).i just hope someday they make the real leonidas and maybe even his evolved form omega leonidas and not the champion of vestroia ver.

Is this true? Because that seems incredibly unlikely to happen during play. I thought any cores held by your standing Bakugan went towards those passives. So if you grab a helix with your first roll, win that brawl, then grab a helix with Leonidas, he’d be at 1500B, plus the bonus from the helix core Leonidas is holding. Official rules or not, this is how me and my kids have been playing it casually.
@@firejaw6459 the new gimmick of evolutions is Bakugan being able to attach and take away cores from the field and other bakugan. And as well with new ability cards having the same effects, so it's not impossible for it to happen. And if you are good aiming your shots while rolling you can pick up to Helix cores.

I managed to snag myself a diamond one today. I'm not a huge fan of the new Bakugan, but I was blown away after all these years I had the character from that game so very long ago.
Cards featuring Leonidas: Haos Most bonus G point attribute: Pyrus, Aquas Most badass outlook: Darkus. Considering another bakugan from the doom dimension is Vladiator who is.... darkus.
I knew that he made an appearance in the video game for battle planet but never looked into it since the game didn’t look that fun or polished it’s cool to see him as an actual toy. But it’s cool to have a form of Leonidas. I loved his original design and the only time I played the original bakugan game was on my DS and played it sooo much. Would be cool if they make an Omega Leonidas Evo card in the future to have him in a deck. Would also be cool to see him in other colors to really let me be whatever you want like the original Leonidas
Actually, the Leonidas card you jave was a character card and not an Ability Card, the Character Card is required to play a Bakugan in the Reboot Bakugan Game, as it tells you your Bakugan's stats without needing to open the Bakugan. They're differenciated from Ability Cards by their backs, ehich have a unique design compared to Ability Cards.
They should've made a toy of Leonidas a long time ago. His overall design is way better than Drago. Drago is cool and all but Leonidas is more unique than Drago
I will not buy Bakugan from this new gen. Now he might be different and might not be darkus but goddamn as a kid I made a promise to buy a toy of him if he did ever get made. So I shall be paying 30 dollars for him
Sadly I think sega own the ball from rights of the old Bakugan were lucky we even got this(And I'm pretty grateful for it). If It makes you feel better in the lore this is the same Leonidas from the OG game he's just evolved again
