Well, to be fair, 3D printing technology is overpowered af compared to how plastic used to be shaped. And one person maticulously putting a bakugan together vs making machines to mass produce those bakugans are a bit different.
For season 3, Blitz Dragonoid's anime ball form was diffrent from what we got. Oh also, Linehault had a bit of a different form as well plus Explosix Gear had gun barrels that folded out on the top of the gear that doesn't exist in the toy form.

The missing Sky Raiders you mention were never intended to return in any way shape or form, they were just used as prototypes for internal use, to show to investors for example.
i do know one other that was not made as far as i know it's was in episode 88 of new Vestroia it was used by Volt it was a trap bakugan based off Hexstar called Carvelt, being a robot version of it

As much as I like new vestroia it sucks that most bakugan seen which had awesome designs were unreleased and 6 were Japanese exclusive(cross dragonoid,knight Percival,master ingram,minx elfin,Helios mk2 and blast Elico).Not getting a release for ultimate dragonoid and silent naga was also a massive let down for fans and collectors alike.
Wait Aluze, Shadow Wing, The twin crocs, Wantu, Flash Falcon Fly (I have the red one) never became real? I have atmos, Dragonoid, Delta Dragonoid and his third evolve form.
watching this video, specially during the season 1 unreleased bakugan, i can see why the company almost went bankrupt and needed to rework their game. They straight out missed on alot of cool bakugan that could have hyped the game so much. They also in the series never made a good job explaining the rules(and then the second season came, wich was a major turn off imo how they handled teh game from there) so the comunity could get used to them and evolve. They had such good premise and threw it away.

Absolutely. Instead, we got a Naga that doesn't even look like Naga. And they have the audacity to make a different version in battle planet
This just shows how awful the production and distribution of bakugan was. To not have a final evolution of Drago and Naga made is a crime.

Dryoid would have been sick in my opinion and max spider. Just so many good choices in mechanical Bakugan.
