Can you advise me how I start choosing the design to do? Im not sure if I should start with a stencil or just hand draw into the skull. Im not good on drawing so maybe you have a trick to tell me. Thanks!!!
Hey Celina! So sorry I missed this! Better late than never I reckon :) So I would say yes to both, whichever is easiest for you to do. The point is just to get started. Once you get the ball rolling things will get easier. Were you able to start since you posted this comment?

Hey Jerry! I mostly get skulls from local butchers and taxidermist. Other places that can be good are farmers, Craig's list, pest removal companies, nuisance trappers, and some privately owned pet stores. Hope that helps give you some ideas :)
I personally have just went on hikes in wooded areas around high traffic (car) areas and have found some skulls. Just if you do go that way make sure and bring rubber gloves and plastic bags.
There are some awesome Facebook groups you could join if you are on facebook. One is called skull collecting. You could post there seeking craft skulls.

Road kill....sounds nasty I know, but no joke. I have a friend that is Cherokee, he needs skulls for his Native American art and thats what he does.
