I love to roast root vegetables with oil and salt and pepper (usually potatoes, carrots, big ole onion chunks, and some parsnips or turnips), so good. And so easy and affordable, like you were saying. But I never thought about roasted garden vegetables, like including bell pepper and celery and adding some other herbs, so I'll have to try this. Looks delicious!! You stay blessed, too!!

I think adding olive oil obviously makes the spices stick better. Olive oil is good for you. As a friend of mine always says - if it was good enough for Jesus, it’s good enough for me. Amen to that.
Yay Talli Faye, this is right up my alley, i roast veggies alllll the time and just throw it in the oven, easy peasy and transforms the veggies to taste yummier in my opinion! Never roasted celery tho, should be interesting, just grab what you have and roast!! (aspargus with olive oil, salt/pep/garlic powder is my fav & i even use a potato peeler to lightly take the skin off, makes it even more tender that way, leave them long and don't cut them either! : ))) Brussel sprouts cut in half face down make them roast unbelievable, with some chili paste, try it, luv ya, i'm so thankful to you for sharing!

Talli, my family needs your prayers, please. My 12 year old nephew has a brain stem glioma and is dying. There is no survival rate for this type and my family is terrified. Talli, my heart can't take this, our hearts can't take this pain. I wish I had the faith that you do, but it's so hard. It's so cruel. Please, pray for us. Your faith and heart is so pure and we need a miracle
@@sammontiveros4656 oh my precious sweetheart, I’m so sorry to hear of this…we find ourselves in these difficult situations and become lost in the fear and not understanding why… So often we just can’t grasp how it can be that our precious child has to endure something such as this… When we have nothing else.. nothing else.. we have faith… Faith that we know that God is in control… We have to give it to him when we know it is out of our hands… Stay strong in that faith and it will carry you through his plan… I will diligently pray that he will take care of this precious child and give you all the strength to endure and stay together lifting each other up in his name… My heartfelt love and prayers for you all… We don’t know the answer but we do know that God has the power and his answer to our prayers is always the right one…..🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️♥️🙏🏻🙏🏻

Delicious!!!!!!! I do this with all kinds of veggies. I use olive oil and BUTTER ...butter gives food crispy brownness!!!!
