If you look at the two orange ones next to it, they have the same wheels. Just one of them is painted. Looks much better painted IMHO. Will be painting mine. That is another trim level up from the S though.

Not really. Depends on what bothers you. Most always, the engine and transmissions hold up fine. Little things go bad. Have a 2006 we've had from new. Did have to replace a dual mass flywheel (just that era had that problem) and nothing major since. Little things have gone bad but we just ignore them. 160,000 miles now. Runs great.
