A real _Smoooooth_ bass riff from *MISA* and the song *About Us* and is a song that *BAND-MAID* wrote to their fans on how much they miss playing for them live since COVID-19

It’s always amazed me how MISA basically can solo for the majority of a song, but maintains cohesion and never comes off as too busy or overshadowing.🤯💪🏻🤘🏻

Great & thanks from Japan 有難う💛。 Talking about this song, Kanami and Miku told an interesting story in a Japanese Magazine "Headbang" vol. 28 [page 145] ** Summary ** (1) "No God" is the second song with modulation (key change) subsequent to "Cross" (2) Akane, drummer, had eagerly wanted a new original song with key change for the band (3) Kanami composed "No God" and told Akane that this was the song she had been longing for (4) Akane completely forgot what she had said before but came to love this song although it requires a very tough work for the drummer. ********* I love the friendship within this band.

For those who might say lyric is of no importance l say that only leads to misunderstanding. You don't need to know lyrics to know if you like the music. But l say you need to know them if you want to know if you like the song so sooner or later knowing the lyrics is very important for me. This song is NOT about whether god exists. It is ALL about not relying on any god to come to your personal rescue. I think that is quite a bit different than thinking the song is solely about a god's existence. Sacramento loves Band-Maid. My warmest regards to all the Maidiacs around our small shared world.

Kudos for calling out the great guitar work! Many reactors, especially those who start by saying how much they love bass, will focus on Misa to the exclusion of all else. Maybe mention Akane as well, because the rhythm section is probably the best out there right now. A lot of people miss Kanami’s greatness because she’s not always flashy, but she constantly changes up the riffs and does interesting things throughout songs to keep it fresh. She’s always busy! Like Wave Potter has said, Akane, Misa, and Kanami are a power trio on par with the best ever. 🙂

As I mentioned at your other Band-Maid reaction video, MISA is a lead bassist. Partucularly in their latest album Unseen World, MISA's bass sound is very prominent in almost all songs.

As much as I love bass, I hate when reactors only talks about Misa, Misa, Misa. Bandmaid is the package.
It reminds me ace of spades too. It's a great punk song, which is just a bit too straight punk all way through. This song is perfect for me though.
