To Ruth’s mother. Hope you join Ruth on the podcast. I’d love to meet the woman who raised her. Ruth inspires me to try to be a nicer person each time I watch her. Deborah in Florida

Yes! Rip it out if the pattern or yarn doesn’t suit you. That’s the joy and freedom of knitting. And yes, pray without ceasing. God bless you and your family.

Ruth, thank you for at least acknowledging the conflict in Israel and Gaza. You are the ONLY Podcaster that I watch who has had the courage to mention it. The others simply ignore the elephant in the room. Yes, we must pray. God’s will be done.
    Lovely podcast as usual.

Ruth, you have inspired me to knit a shawl! Yours are so beautiful and it would be like wearing a hug. Thank you for your very wise words Ruth. You are so right- those of us living a blessed, peaceful life must pray for those who are in conflict zones. Bless you and your family Ruth.💕

Ruth, i would love to see your mom AND daughter share their crafts with all of us out here. Your mom must be a hoot to have raised you. I love your happy personality. But my favorite part of the podcast is your spiritual talk at the end. Indeed ALL of us should be on our knees asking God to put and end to this horrible war and wars. Its a tragic loss of innocent babies and people. Its obvious that Satan is roaming this earth wrecking havic. He knows his days are numbered! Thank the Lord!

I LOVE the kinross 4ply! I have currently 3 projects going that use that yarn in different colours, and I plan more. It is the only non superwash wool that I can wear next to skin. I always prewash the skeins to maximise the luxurious and comforting feeling not only for wearing but also into the knitting. Well worth the effort.

I loved hearing about the projects you're going to frog because I am there as well. Just one, but it's completely finished except for binding off the neck ribbing. And like several of yours, it's because I used the wrong yarn for the project. But there's one thing holding me back from ripping. This cardigan has a sewn tubular bind off and simple ripping will not work on that! Oh well.
I had just one thought from your final comments and the question of "why does God let this happen?". God has given all of us freedom of choice and thought (what was He thinking?) and so we live in a world that unfortunately is full of people choosing to do awful things. You are right though, when we can't think of anything else to day, we can pray. Thanks for sharing.
