There are so many items from the Star Wars pack that I use all the time! I love how this house came out - it’s so bright and happy, like it’s been given a face lift to sell it but still gives that vibe like it’s old and could be haunted. I love the mix of packs you used to tell the story, high tech listening device from strangerville, realm of magic potion cabinet, paranormal seance table, etc.
you talking about this family having only just moved in made me think that it would be so cool to see a house that's in the process of getting moved into! just a big mess with boxes everywhere because they're still unpacking, furniture in weird places, some rooms half decorated but others completely bare, maybe some renovations that are being carried out while they're moving in? i think that could be a super fun build

I love this build so much and it made me want to immediately jump in game and make something like it! Also I love the way you put the blinds between the vintage glamor curtains in the dining nook to make them fit on the wider window. I’m going to remember to do something like that in my own builds!
This house is a really cool concept and really well executed. The run-down tiny haunted house may be more my favourite aesthetic but I really appreciate the thought behind this one. It didn’t occur to me that Strangerville will go well with Paranormal... ooooh

If you want to maybe get away from doing some paranormal builds, maybe you could make a home or apartment for a sim who is obsessed with dinosaurs. They could love the Jurassic Park/World series, or maybe they’re a scientist who is actually attempting to use fossils to bring dinosaurs back into existence; haven’t seen any of those in the Sims and it could make for an interesting build

dude oml the outside of this house actually looks kinda like my aunt’s house, and she used to be a paranormal investigator. we were actually planning on going and checking out some old haunted buildings and graveyards and stuff with my sisters, but then yknow... covid :P

Its fun to think that the family probably saw all the pictures that are in the living room in storage somewhere in the house when they moved in, and then decided to put them up on the wall to see if they can recognize any of them as spirits, and then they cover the pictures in sticky notes that have facts about each of them, kind of like the “red string” in detective movies
Adore this build! I've been wanting to play in house just like this! I think the last thing I'd want to do, though, is swim in the pool of a haunted house! Haha. Maybe my Sims will! =)
