Thank you! I was really hesitant to get some of the Hellgrammites I have seen locally because I wasn't sure how they stacked up. That Tackle Max one looks great even if you lose a little durability and the Yum one is what I can find locally other than store brand at the big store that shall remain un-named in Duluth. Great info and beautiful scenery, as always!
Trout love hellgrammites. It’s kind of a secret weapon where I’m at. Doesn’t surprise me you caught a few.
What color? I trout fish in Arkansas and Missouri and never tried one.

Interesting video ! Thanks for doing a lure comparison of hellgrammites. I have not been able to find the Yum brand locally, yet. The other brands besides Nikko are new to me. Your video seemed to show a "case study in fishing frustration" , which makes it very relatable to all fishermen ! I'm glad you kept in that footage. I appreciated that reference to "John", because he introduced the hellgrammite to so many of us who watch fishing videos. I hope your college pathways are progressing as expected. We do care about you and follow your video life movements with every upload. I only follow a few video fishermen (and fisherwomen) that I feel share the same Christian principles as I. Aaron, this was another great video sir. Its always best to try some new baits from time to time, because you never know what your missing, Seems to me that there may be a place for each of those hellgrammites. Cant wait for the next video sir, keep up the good work.

I saw this video about hellgrammites and figured I should learn since I just got some Nikkos. I'm all setup for fishing this weekend and I have: Crescent CK1 kayak, Shimano Vanford reel, and a Shimano Zodias medium light rod. You have good taste, my friend!
