People complaining about the bubbles but I feel like they add to the underwater feel 🤷♀️ This was a really awesome build to watch, the attention to detail shows how much passion there is.
There's always bubbles in water so I agree. It definitely adds to the illusion. If it was crystal clear it wouldn't look as good. People just always wanna critique art like their pieces are even half as good as this.
It's still hard to get rid of 100% of the bubbles with pressure pot. This piece is still amazing!!!!! There are always going to be negative ppl.... let's see what they can come up with.

Something I learned from North of the Border (Adam), who also works with resin: if you put a thick layer of clear gloss Mod Podge on top and then "blur" it either by blowing air through a straw or using an air brush, you can create realistic water ripples. I didn't know if this was meant to be "deeper sea" lighting, though. You can also achieve the ripple effect with clear silicone dabbed around with tour finger (as done on his "Sharkasaurus Rex" video). It's really neat! This came out beautifully!

I think it came out excellent, you need to get a pressure pot, there’s just too many little bubbles everywhere. It could be because you poured the resin in just a little too fast.

I am thinking about building a nice diorama base for a dragon sculpture that I purchased, but I wasn’t sure what kind of foam would cut and model and take the paint well. Maybe resin in general? The resin companies never tell you that you need a pressure pot. Just my experience with it.

It was a good idea to leave bubbles in the resin. It helps with the water effect

we know that. actually we spent 3 days and 15 times pouring glue. but since we couldn't find a better glue to do this.

When pouring epoxy do you have to do in layers ? Let dry then add next layer?
Bubbles are o.k. Kinda like when spent air craft are pushed over the side of a carrier, that water would commence to a bubblin and boiling. Yep.
