Would have been nice to try the Ad400 with the sky and clouds behind it to show off increasing shutter speed to bring down the sky.
Nice work with the v1. Using 2 of them really worked out well.

You did not use high speed sync, right. Shutter speed was 1/250, within sync speed of your cam. That’s why your aperture is at f8. Picture look nice but for white open portrait style, you have to use HSS which limits the flash output. Would have been interesting to see what kind of shots (distance and power of the flash) would have been possible with the different Godox lights. I own AD200 and 600Pro.

Good video Aries! Many people want to use flashes to use them in direct sunlight with lots of watts, while it is much effective to take advantage of the backlight of the sun and illuminate the shady side of the model.

Add a softbox with a off center angle and you’ll have some nice soft shadows to compliment the figure.
