Now imagine if brands told everyone how to do this years ago. It took all that dam screaming from me to get ppl to see the mineral remover was the real answer. Thanks for making this video. Good job.
I have to decontaminate my DB36 as soon as my weather gets a bit warmer, but I have to say the self cleaning properties are very strong. Great video, as always!
I've been seeing this method done a lot over the past couple years to get these results, but it's usually done with Carpro lift (higher PH), and descale(acidic), then iron if needed. Fireball is catching on to it as well because they've got that new PH3 shampoo now.
Seals on PW sometimes leak. It bothered me on my mine, bought a remote controlled outlet so I can turn PW/vacuum on/off without walking back and forth to unit!
the ryobi definitely has a seal going out. My 1900 started leakin from the case after a year of hard use and did this. That coating is looking pretty tough 👍
I have Gtechniq Evo v4 on my 2019 Ranger XLT Crew Cab 4x4. A couple of nuisance snowstorms and rain made a slushy concoction that made my paintwork a mess. A trip to the pay and spray, a pre-rinse with Absolute and Iron Buster brought the hydrophobic right back. I did the same with the spousal transport unit ( a 2014 Ford Edge SEL AWD that is coated with Gyeon Can Coat) and it is shedding water like a duck.
Both of those coatings are great I have both can coat and DB36 on my hood of my f150. In the more humid climates, DB36 was easier to work with than can coat. Both have amazing beads but when it comes down to getting love bugs off the paint I don’t have to agitate or pre treat the DB36 side like I do with can coat
Thank you for sharing your work. Great content. The problem with power washer is either, water inlet side...gasket or hose not tight enough, and very possible for outlet side. It happened to me. It could be a minor crack on pump but it is highly doubtful. I hope this works for you.
Can this de-clogging process also work for the Stoner Invisible Glass Window Coating as well to help bring it back or is it not as effective on window coatings?
When using a topper, how would you know that the coating has failed, and not the topper? And if it’s the topper, how do you remove it without damaging the coating?

Thanks Amir! I know right 🫠🤔

Here in Chicago I now see why it’s especially important for me to get in for my six month or annual maintenance appointment.
Nicely done. The coating is holding up very well. Testament to the job DPT has done.

That's some good sheet

Great idea might head to harbor freight today and look for some!

Welp time to upgrade! Lol I’ll get on it
Was about to say this!

I agree with TxDeeDee. Sheets like a Graphene Oxide Coating.
Great work 👍🏼 I’ve also been weirdly almost enjoying iron buster of late 🤷🏼♂️😂
Right like not that bad quite refreshing 😤😂
When it comes to soap if a little is good then a lot is awesome 🤩
Coating looks great man! 👍 brought it back to life! 🤜🤛

I’ll give it a look over! Thanks for the input!
@@JamieTheCleaner You are welcome

How does Alex like staying in the Pods container?
He is enjoying his swampland vacation good price stay nice #podlife
If I stand in just the right spot, I get the cleaner wifi and a bit of fresh air from the Deep South dampness
@@Buckyvw I hope you’ll follow through on your promise and claim political asylum when you get to Boise 🇺🇸

Do this process 👍🧼 citron strips toppers and so does the iron remover and for sure the spot rinse 🚿🧼🇺🇸
@@JamieTheCleaner roger that.
I can't wait to get some Diamond Body 36 from the House of Rags!

Hey Jamie can this technique work for unclogging regular ceramic coatings too?
Yep these are standard coating maintenance steps
Absolutely 👍🧼🇺🇸
Definitely a lot better👍🏻
Jamie, what’s been your go-to decon shampoo? It’s the one item in my arsenal I’m very undecided on.
This one, Citron is awesome, I do also have Car Pro Iron X shampoo it’s ok 👍
To be clear, this is a process that will work on most if not all coatings to unclog them without physical agitation via clay or polisher 😁
On good coatings 👍🧼🇺🇸 probably strip Avalon King right off 🤣
@@JamieTheCleaner you make a good point. 🤣
Mine didn’t last but a month on lower half and rear, really disappointed, also wash my car weekly regularly
Did you unclog it?
@@JamieTheCleaner yes did it all iron remover and water spot remover, if anything it killed the coating even more
@@JamieTheCleanerGyeon mohs has been my favorite coating that withstands a lot of things it’s insane
Anybody know if any of the Diamond Body coatings can be topped with ceramic? lIke a carpro gliss, exo v4, etc?
They have their own topper called Hydro and Quick Body 🧼 I wouldn’t top them with normal stuff
Was awesome to see it , each step of the way and how it just improved! Goes with out saying great video sir 🚋🧽❤
