The blue plate (6:40) is actually Danish (even if made in Germany). I'm from Denmark and Julen means Christmas. We have a long history of plates of this kind , typically a new motive was released every year. Love watching your videos 😀
Signed costume jewelry can be worth A LOT, sometimes worth more than gold and silver pieces. Sometimes the signatures are very hard to find so use a loop and examine whole piece. Brooches are sometimes signed on the pin part of fastener and you can run your fingernail on the pin and feel a signature that you might miss.😊
I loved this video. It is fun to watch the behind the scenes look at your reselling business. And to see you branch out and try new ways to source is impressive. Good for you guys for working hard at your trade and finding ways to improve. I am looking forward to seeing a video where you go through your storage to find out what items are no longer listed. Like the Monopoly game that is right behind you in every video. I'm guessing you will find dozens of items to relist and bonus, and no extra expense.
That cast iron pan is an unmarked Wagner Ware pan. I don’t recall what year they added the “Made In USA” but I believe that was done after the 50’-60’s timeframe.
Iv been going threw my dad's estate hoarder of A lot of did things before he passed he was in charge of his mpms estate who was even more of a hoarder took over a year with auctions every 2 weeks ending and starting. So if decided to start doing eBay has been a goal of mine to thrift and flip so with what I have already I have years of inventory already..but what I waa gong to say is IV got lighters like you have. He had a major collection zippo and huge desk lighters
lol, ya'll stressing me out putting breakables on the bumper! The wolves are by Westland giftware, they are similar to the Painted Ponies/Cow Parade. I've listed them before.
ha! that was me last night with an auction in Texas, and I'm in nyc! I got so excited during the auction I bid on chickens by mistake, but thank GOD I was outbid haha!! Good Luck!
I love shopping online auctions because I can research first and at my pace. I get too overwhelmed at the store or yard sales. My last sale was a transfer belt for a Brother printer. I paid $0.25 and profited $38.62 after fees. Love it
If I had the room, I’d love to do auction lots. The Bombay may be a dresser caddy and the little slots could be for cuff links, jewelry or change…or for a desk and pens & paperclips in the bottom spot. got some cool finds 😊
Great finds at that auction. I tend to steer away from auctions the majority of the time as well. Items are never as good as you expect, and the return is not there like you said. Keep Hustlin'!!
Great auction sale. I love the nesting dolls. Hope you find silver in amongst that load of jewellery. God bless from me and Molly moo in a rainy day in Wales!🏴 I am praying for some sun ☀️ xxx
I have been bidding on a few items today! They close tonight and I pick up on Sunday...if I win!! Great items! not sure about that turkey/turtle thing!!!!!
The King Boots at the 16:51 mark have a huge hole in the side.. Yikes!! ~ ~ The Petrified Agatized wood can be slabbed & polished & made into all kinds of Jewelry..
Buying auctions is like buying lottery tickets or going to the casino. I just set my limit & blow it almost every time. But if you don’t bid/play you can’t win.
Looks like Hi-Bid auctions. A local auctioneer does them here and we have won some great things for cheap. I also do the same as you-look up items ahead of time. Not sure if they do it there but ours offers a preview day where we can go and physically look at the lots we are interested in. Sure saves us from bidding on things that are broken & you can’t see that in the picture. Our auctioneer doesn’t take very good pictures or measurements of some items so we always try to go to the preview. Hope you won the lots you wanted!
I do auctions the same way. I can no longer drive, so I buy lots at online auctions and my daughter drives 200 miles to pick me up and take me to collect the stuff once or twice a month. A lot gets donated, it I’m careful to look for something that is going to pay for the whole auction and lead to pure profit.
My local hibid, and yes I have only one, runs at or over ebay prices. They do Fenton and the such. Yes the more nesting, the higher price. FF is Fitz Floyd, I picked up 3 pieces this morning with the same tag. Which you know by now as I saw the turtle bird thing on FB Oh I have Cruising the Coast down here, one of the biggest car meet ups in the country and we have loads of sales while it's going on because they go to sells and grab things too, so lots of the dealers have sales that week.
I’m going to be on vacation in your area next week. Was wondering if there was a way I could message/email you about buying something (if you still have it) while I’m there.
My local auction has been good to me. Best buys from them are RollerBlades and Roller Derby skates, many times brand new. I buy for $20-25 and resell for $80-100. A lot of times they have mystery boxes (with fuzzy photos so you can't gauge how good they are) and they can be full of new or semi used returns like clothes, housewares, tools or outdoor items. I try to spend no more than $20 on them and they are an easy double your money flip online.
I used to love auctions, you could get some amazing deals. Since so many have moved to online auctions, it's harder to get a good deal. Still do occasionally though.
There is a local place here that uses Hi Bid. They put everything that gets left behind on big 4x8 carts and sell them as a lot. I make a fortune on those with things people get and don't want shipped.
That was a lot less than I would have thought $550. would have been.. The lighters can be made to work if they need new spring to push flint.. You may have a jackpot.. I hope so..
I buy lots of stuff through HiBid, (no pun intended), I find it easier to get my wife to go along with it if I pick something up for her. The only problem is that I sometimes wind up buying stuff I have no need for simply because it was cheap. For example, a big box of over 60 plastic COVID style face shields for $1.
I would not put down the kitchen faucet - people make tons of money selling plumbing pieces. I don't think the one you have is a good faucet, but if it was a good brand like Moen it would be over $100.
Keep this quiet I'll pay 50$. ,for. Monopoly game or gàmes that shows. The guy with his monocle like it used to be.some including the new people at the çompañy are saying he never. did but I know damn well he did.
@jochildress5003 humor is supposed to be funny. That just sounds like lack of a proper education. But looking at your picture you probably sell your mouth for a dime.
5:10 You know what I hate about matroishka dolls? - They're so full of themselves.
😆
😅
ouch.
Lol! That is awesome! ( :
That is absolutely petrified wood. It is prehistoric wood that has turned to stone. That is a beautiful piece.
Everytime you mention Karen and Larry I think about a sweet, older missionary couple we're friends with....their names are Karen and Larry, too! 😁
That's great! Lol! ( :
Very fun stuff! Don’t discount those perfumes! They sell well for surprising prices!
@21:22 that's a desk tidy. Pens and stamps in the front and writing paper and envelopes in the back, I think.
The blue plate (6:40) is actually Danish (even if made in Germany). I'm from Denmark and Julen means Christmas. We have a long history of plates of this kind , typically a new motive was released every year.
Love watching your videos 😀
I’m from AZ and that is definitely Petrified Wood! I own a very large piece.
Always good to see Karen and Larry 😊
I’ve always loved petrified wood! I remember seeing the petrified forest on a family vacation to New Mexico many years ago.
me too
Yes, Went to New Mexico and about 60 years ago we went to Ginkgo park in WA. I still have polished stones from Ginkgo.
Love petrified wood! Sooo cool! ( :

The flower IS vintage Fitz and Floyd
Very interesting critter type thing. Neat stuff. God bless stay safe until the next video 💓 😍
Dude that Medusa chain. Thats the Versace logo. Look into it that might be valuable.

8:30 Native American pottery is very similar to the one in my profile pic resting in my 10 point buck basket rack

THAT is hilarious!

awesome finds, I love my petrified wood got some when I went to Arizona back in 93
I have a lot of petrified wood, i never sold any but given several pieces away.
If I had the room, I’d love to do auction lots. The Bombay may be a dresser caddy and the little slots could be for cuff links, jewelry or change…or for a desk and pens & paperclips in the bottom spot. got some cool finds 😊
That's what I thought it was.
People buy lighters. All mine are sold. Clean ‘em, market the old ones as MCM, they’ll sell for decent money.
I love online auctions since I work Friday and Saturdays I can rarely hit garage sales.
Cool items from an auction wonderful work for 2 hours ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
I heard you say you were born in 1972, is that right? I cannot believe that you look like your in your 30s on the videos. God bless you all!
Great finds at that auction. I tend to steer away from auctions the majority of the time as well. Items are never as good as you expect, and the return is not there like you said. Keep Hustlin'!!
9:27 That creature is Indonesian / Balinese.
Great auction sale. I love the nesting dolls. Hope you find silver in amongst that load of jewellery. God bless from me and Molly moo in a rainy day in Wales!🏴 I am praying for some sun ☀️ xxx
Praying you get some sun soon too! ( :
Definitely ❤️ auctions online when you find that good one out of the bunch!!
Interested in the nesting dolls
What do you want for that cherry vanilla perfume? I used to love that!!
it sold already for $80 plus shipping..
I have been bidding on a few items today! They close tonight and I pick up on Sunday...if I win!! Great items! not sure about that turkey/turtle thing!!!!!

The divided areas in the bottom part of the desk thingy could be for ink jars with the groove for a calligraphy pen. It might be a calligraphy desk.
Ooooh...cool! ( :
Amazing ❤
What an interesting haul, I hope you make lots of money. Good luck!
Have you used Google lens on that turtle bird Aztec-y kitchen tooly thing?
I love your description!
Auctions are so much fun to go to my dad taught me all about this kind of thing and we watch your videos together also the petrified wood was cool.

That is for mens jewelry cuff links would go in the slots etc.
What site did you use for the auction? I've never participated in one.
I used to say doll hairs back in the 70s when I made bets with my friends. In case I lost.
I’m going to be on vacation in your area next week. Was wondering if there was a way I could message/email you about buying something (if you still have it) while I’m there.

Definitely. We have seen people bid too much and actually pay more than retail for some items.

Love auctions! I bet my max and walk away. It's always a surprise what I win. :-)
The medusa chain thingy is a belt
I was thinking the same thing! ( :
Hi❤
How do y'all find auctions? I have never been able to find any close to me
Those small perfume bottles could bring in some good money
You picked up some interesting things at that auction.🤔😀
That was a lot less than I would have thought $550. would have been.. The lighters can be made to work if they need new spring to push flint.. You may have a jackpot.. I hope so..

That medusa looking chain looks like body jewerly, maybe for a costume, to be worn around neck/ across torso /front of body? Idk 😂
I loved this video!
That is petrified wood. It's called rainbow wood from Arizona. Novelty, not worth too much.
I have some single earrings to send to Kayla for her pot charms. How can I get them to her? I am in Florida.
I would not put down the kitchen faucet - people make tons of money selling plumbing pieces. I don't think the one you have is a good faucet, but if it was a good brand like Moen it would be over $100.
I’ve also made a TON of money off of kitchen and bathroom faucets. Usually a very easy sell!
I would love to buy the nesting dolls
That cast iron is an unmarked Wagner and if you clean it up should go for $35-$45. Otherwise as is for $20/$25
Cool video!
I got a garage I sell out of down the road from there you'd like to pick.
In the lighter box .. IS THAT A RINGS AND THING WALL HANGING ?
Madusa gypsy belt ❤
I just woke up 🎉😊
I have 1 of those grenade lighters lol 😂
Dont keep that crewpy face turkey thing in the house ! Its prob worth abt 45$ but it is scary. Yikes lol
❤❤❤
I think you should ask at least $150 for the weird looking bird/turkey…..who knows critter. People like weird stuff.
its a faux Versace belt, oops sry the medusa looking gold thing.
You're out of your mind if you sell the bird/turtle for 30$.
The only way to describe that thing is a Michael Jackson Turkey Turtle
That weird thing is a turtle with his neck out😊
How does wood even get petrified, by Medusa? 😂😂😂
By Mother Earth aging.
Definitely thought you were like 35.😮
Petrified wood looks like stone. That definitely looks like petrified wood.
I believe that wooden box is a man’s jewelry box.
Petrified wood does not look like wood at all. More like stone
That’s totally petrified wood. It’s been turned to stone.
Keep this quiet I'll pay 50$. ,for. Monopoly game or gàmes that shows. The guy with his monocle like it used to be.some including the new people at the çompañy are saying he never. did but I know damn well he did.
What is "doll hairs" it sounds illiterate.
Dollars
It’s humor. You might try it sometime.

@@xokayb7l2judge much karen ?
@@crow4130 comment balls. I bet it's nice you can feel like a big shot somewhere in your life when you are a loser in all other aspects.
Well done on thinking outside the box as you said time is everything and makes sense when yard sales are down.. 👍🇦🇺🦘
