      Do we have to pay a premium if we want to use sap ERP connector in Power Automate? If yes , how much does it cost and how to get it

    It would be great if you could show how to configure a SAP user (with roles and permissions) to invoke BAPIS and RFCs

    My organization is trying to democratize/globalize the SAP ERP Connector. The thinking-out-loud idea is to enable/manage SAP Connector within a dedicated company-wide environment. Anyone who is trying to leverage the SAP Connector has to apply for business approval n granted access to that dedicated environment. My argument will be the technical hassle for users to migrate existing solutions to the SAP Connector environment. Is there any better idea or best practice as an alternative?

      Congrats on your work to enabling automation with the SAP ERP Connector and the Power Platform. Although the connector does simplify the process of interacting with SAP, remember SAP itself is a complex data source that has real business implications, be sure to keep that in mind when building your approach for democratization.
      Also, environments are the first level boundary for controlling security, DLP and automation with ALM. It’s possible that the different business units building SAP automation will require different environments for these reasons. One SAP environment may not solve your issue (e.g., Sales vs finance teams).
      I suggest you have a SAP team who works with business teams where they need to be.

    Would you use this for SAP Business One, and if not, what would you use for that?

    The dynamic operation request to API 'saperp' operation 'GenerateJsonSchema' failed with status code 'BadRequest'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "error": { "code": "LegacyException", "message": "Length of the name of the RFC 'BAPI_EXCHANGERATE_GETDETAIL?honorSapOptionalFlag=1' is larger than maximum allowed limit of 30.", "target": "Microsoft.Integration.LobServiceBroker.SchemaGenerator.d__0.MoveNext()" } }
    wHILE CALLING RFC FUNCTION FROM THE sap FUNCTION V2 ,we are getting this error any clue

      Hi
      Yes, you can use the table read BAPI (RFC_TABLE_READ) and the Parse function. You will need to know which tables in particular you want to dump/read.
