I fixed the air leak from the spoke by using RTV silicon from the outside. That was few weeks ago and it hasn’t lost any air. I did this way because it was only from one spoke.
This is due to the internal flaps. They are very easy to damage with tyre changes. You need to install new flaps, only ktm provides them and if you your dealer doesnt have them in stock, good luck waiting for them. I had to wait almost a month for the parts. This is another issue that adds up to the frustration with owning this bike
I think it's the oem tire and not the valve on the front wheel. Many people have the same problem with the tire that came with the bike.
In my case, the front valve body was leaking at front and a spoke in the rear.
The rim strip let's air leak through the spoke nipples. That's the problem on my 890r.

@@Calbertone i fixed it with rtv silicone on the one spike nipple that was leaking. 3000 miles later and it is still holding air no problem
