Only spiritual master who pays so much attention to putting in your own effort and leads by example. He is the only one who says 4 hrs of minimum meditation to move the needle. Others would make u believe 20 min is enough and nothing really happens with that.

Swami Ji has mentioned to start sadhana on full moon but before initiating Gayatri sadhana a day before initiating sadhana sankalp has to be taken where mantra has to be chanted about 3-4 rounds so my question here is does the sankalp has to be taken on full moon day itself or a day before ?
Is it like there are different stages of enlightenment and we have to surrender to a particular stage. So Is it means that enlightenment is not absolute and complete in itself.
