    I love your teaching..im 58 and in good shape.I have set a goal of learning how to box with great teaching.
    You are the coaching that i need to
    achieve this goal.I will put in the work to learn what you are showing.I plan on teaching my grandchildren and others these skills later on.Thanks to you and your fighters for making these great lessons available.❤

    50/50 each leg keeping it lose on the toes for moving and on the heels for the punches slips and ducks slight fast bends in both knees

    What if your right handed left legged?

      Personally I would go with the leg but that’s preference. I would go with the more dominant leg in the back, you’re going to have to build something up. Best of luck and thanks for watching! 🙌🏻

    I'm right handed but really feel more comfortable in a southpaw position. Is this due to lack of experience and training? I've heard and seen videos on there is no such thing. What's your take on it?

    I think they miss the line that goes from the front toes to the back heel. The feet are aligned.
