Lionel, praying you can get that treasure repaired and American does the right thing! I don't know if I ever saw you play that particular guitar at HopePark but you are an amazing and talented songwriter and musician no matter the instrument.
It is absolutely insane the prices we pay to fly as well as the inconveniences we go through to have our luggage treated like a bale of hay. My luggage has been lost before. Please keep posting. # 1 fan.
Lionel, that gentleman doesn't have a very good poker face. LOL he could tell it was severely damaged. I hope everything works out for you in the end. You probably have many many good memories with that guitar.
I can't either, because that guitar would fly in the proper way... not in a plywood cheap case.... just saying what only the repair people are saying...
i really hate to see this happen, but unfortunately you will not get american to pay. you have to face your own responsibility of having the guitar in a case like that. that is not an adequate flight case to check a guitar. hope they can fix the guitar, the loss in value won't really matter, i doubt you are looking to sell it.
Again, that guitar was a goner in that case for any serious airliner travel. Repair people in your own videos have said as much. If yougo to court, take these videos down is my advise.
This mini documentary is very well done. Keep the “episodes” coming.
Thanks, Doug! That’s my plan!

Thanks for the kind words! Much appreciated!
Very interesting. Thank you for showing that. I see you had the baby with you. Cute dog. Cool store. Could spend hours there.
Thanks Chrisanne!
Prayers continuing....,
Thanks Jo Ann!
