cuz you swim to the wrong point, best is you watch guides from speedrunners like me, if you want see the fastest way. He swims to the wrong point too btw, and didn't use the motorcycle for some reason. Guess he believes the the Elite myth which goes still around, that you have stay undetected , after you did alrdy all elite requirements. Well i've show this in my video " Cayo Perico elite myth - the lie that fooled everyone. But this myth is still alive, i see. 🙈
if a guard spots a body then it takes a while longer for the mission to end, you probably kill the dude next to the bike and the jeep coming around the block spots him, if you don't kill him, or if you also kill the jeep dude before he spots the body, the mission will end as soon as "San Andreas" appear on screen
so do you just have to restart if you don't get the keycard there? because i have to kill like half the guards to get the keycard and then it just spawns new guards on top of the bodies making me get instantly detected when i grab the primary target
Here is an explanation (I learned this like 5 mins ago) When you take the main target the guards reset and if you have killed guards that you shouldn't need to kill, the other guards can find the bodies. I know that this wasn't the best explanation but the only thing that you have to remember is just kill the guards that you 100% need to. If you are unsure wich ones you should kill and wich ones not, then watch other videos about this heist and follow them

You have to befriend the prostitute during the scout mission

I always get detected while collecting the primary target idk how i assume the juggernaut is walking around
