when u have to drive the vip home u can call lester & go off the radar. just fyi for anybody who didnt know. 😭 also look down at the ground when spawning a vehicle to get it to spawn as close as possible. (random tip i learned later on when i was damn near level 200.)
You don't need to do the VIP missions, just go to basement 1 and change your DJ once for every half bar of popularity. This stops you getting cutscenes when you change your DJ
Nightclub is THE best business in GTA online. I have made upwards of $27 million from this business alone in few months and very easily. I make sure I am in a session of my own.

Your nightclub only generates income if you’re online. The safe is 50k every 48 in game minutes. If you only have a couple hours to play it’s 100k. The NC basement business is the same . If you sell once a day in afk mode it’s a little over 1 mil in 24 realtime hours invite only or 1.3 mill full public lobby. I guess what I’m saying is passive income that requires zero effort is good but that’s only if you have all day to play or put your character in spin mode 24/7. It takes the nightclub 24 hours to make close to what I make in just under one hour doing Cayo Perico solo. The daily bail business contract is 120k plus . It takes under 10 minutes. It takes me 3 min to deliver import / export cargo for 50k. I probably sell my NC every 2-3 days. I don’t afk. The only time a business is good is bonus weeks. Bunker is making a killing this week.

Play two hours a day, log out and play 2 hours the next day and tell me how long it takes your Night Club to be full. That’s my call out on GTA businesses claims. When RS totally eradicates AFK mode you will have to make solid choices. I make 2 mil + in a couple hours every day. without GTA business passive income and don’t AFK spin. Don’t get me wrong. I made millions on AFK mode money. That doesn’t make it a good business.
Missed a few key points int he video, one of which is DO NOT updagrade anything to the top of the Pounder Custom, you'll get stuck under bridges (talking about missle launcher and barbed wire).

I bought the pounder yesterday and was approaching a low bridge in the desert and I was like “am I even gonna fit through here” luckily I did but I wouldn’t have with the missile launcher. Also, considering how big and heavy the vehicle is, everytime I hit a small destroyable sign; I always end up coming to a halt for some reason
Once, we were on a mission with a random player when their vehicle got stuck, and as a result, they lost some of their money. 😅 It was grenade launcher on the roof lol
I think the ONLY delivery killer specifically is for the car tunnel that runs under Chiliad which outlets at the lumber mill. I've learned to use the other tunnel... the TRAIN tunnel, which starts at the Lost MC cul-de-sac and also outlets at the lumber mill. Just don't get stuck or the train will catch up 😅
Adding to the Business part for the Warehouse segment, it's best to completely shut down businesses you own but aren't using, such as if you own a Document Forgery, for example. This is because of Stash Houses. The Stash House could resupply the Documents and not something useful like the Coke. There may also be a benefit to running the Greenhouse instead of Cash, if you sell daily to Street Dealers. Might take some math, but I'm finding I'm getting a good extra bit from Dealers, especially if the Dealers end up at x2 for a week. If you don't mess with Dealers, keep the Cash going instead.
Nightclub levels 2, 3 & 4 hold 10 vehicles. Level 1 holds your business sell vehicles. Level 5 holds your Terrorbyte w/Oppressor mk II. Only space for 1 vehicle on "ground level" though.

I've made around $270M in the last 2 years from the nightclub, i have the one next to Legion Square and i use the passive mode trick every time i go in, my most lucrative business ... plus i've got a second character, so i get double everything going to the one bank account which is standing at £729M just now :) ... p.s. : made around $30M from my second character as well, like i said double sell money.
He takes a cut. But once you recoup the cost of the nightclub you’re not putting money down into it. That means from your bank account you down cut into the profits from selling.
The hangar is the best business on the game 2.5mill payout easy missions and no need to buy cargo if you source it manually by LAND not by air, source the same type of products for bonus 2.5 in closed and invite only sessions upwards of 5mill in full public
I believe when you go passive mode inside the nightclub you’ll only get those “kick out the guys who’s complaining about paying for their drinks” missions to bring your popularity up and all you have to do is leave and enter your nightclub once you’ve done it once.

Del Perro Nightclub has great access right in front of your spawn spot to the Highway going east and west and a main road going north and south, not all sale locations are initially in the desert. Not 100% sure it matters, (99.9%) when entering your nightclub in passive mode to increase your nightclub popularity you need to do it by the loading bay entrance.
I honestly like the lsia location because barely anyone has it so most ppl don’t go to you when you’re getting cargo and if they do, you know they’ll probably try to kill you
I would recommend NOT buying the front plow upgrades on the vehicles. It does NOT help you ram stuff out of your way like the Wedge does, but it DOES make your vehicle longer and have a much lower clearance which helps you get stuck on immovable landscape stuff. Bit of a bummer.
I love how the remastered version of the game for Xbox series X/S and ps5 made it so you earn more daily income. Same with the HSW works and car add ons. Love the HSW time trial.

When you visit your nightclub, go into passive mode. then you will never ever have to take a VIP home ever again. We hated to drive the VIP anywhere. the throwing them out was far better. especially since they pay you $10k to toss the troublemaker out on their azz.

Tip - I believe when you get a message of a trouble causer and throwing him out, if you can't be bothered with dealing with them, then you don't have to bother doing it , just Go to your lift / elevator and go up one floor where your vehicles are located then use lift / elevator again to come back down again to the ground floor of your nightclub and the trouble causer should have disappeared aswell as increasing your nightclub popularity still. You can continue to rinse and repeat the same thing again when it asks you to drop the VI.P. Therefore you don't have to waste your time dropping them back off. Also I believe to increase your popularity you can just look at your nightclub camera's and not do anything , but make sure you don't get kicked out of your current session because you are being too inactive as "Rockstar games" will kick you out of your current session asap if you are not active enough, just touch your controller analog stick while watching the nightclub cameras and have your nightclub popularity stay as full as possible.
This is not true sadly, you have to actually kick them out in order to increase popularity, although the trouble maker does disappear you wont earn any popularity. Also standing at the cameras decreases popularity as you aren't doing anything, so I recommend not doing this

Just bought the 5 business for NC and set them up with techs , now I haven’t sold a single one of them and they are all max supply If I couldn’t be bothered to sell the individuals can I leave the product & supply full so I don’t gotta pay $75k every hour or so to fill it up. Go into passive mode when you enter your nightclub, you will never get a vip and always get kicking out a person causing trouble.
When I am waiting for my vehicle I always hold C to look behind, so the vehicle spawns in front of me

Right now the way im making money as a low level player is with a nightclub, hanger and an appartment to do fleeca job.

They patched the trouble maker method where u go in and out. It works once but then it doesn’t respawn when you try to go back in
