@rogeriopenna9014 seriously? Have you watched this chicks reactions? You think any of that's on her "must react to" list? ... She was fan girling over 'Ice Ice Baby' 😂😂😂
Well, touring .. they're actually flying, their singer has a commercial pilot license for huge airliners. They're literally registered as "Flight 666". No offense intended, just thought the lady might like to know. Chicks are into pilots, people say.
Fun Facts : ► This song was inspired by bassist Steve Harris and a nightmare he had after seeing the movie, The Omen. ► During recording, producer Martin Birch had Bruce do take after take after take (striving for perfection). At some point, Bruce thought he finally got the perfect take, but Birch called for one more... Bruce let out a frustrated scream - and the tape was still recording. It was so incredible, that it was decided it HAD to be used. That scream is the one heard after the intro of the song. ► During these recording sessions for the album, Martin Birch, on top of dealing with all kinds of studio mishaps and other annoyances (which may have contributed to the multiple takes that drove Bruce round the bend), had a car accident. Upon getting the bill for the damages to his car, the total was £666.66! You can't make this shit up.
Yess!!! Up the Irons!!! Hallowed Be Thy Name! Powerslave! 2 minutes to midnight! Wrathchild! Still Life! The Evil that Men Do! All of Seventh Son of a Seventh Son! So many good songs!!! So happy you like them! Thank you thank you!
@Yes-Bean And even the stuff they did on the Soundhouse Tapes with Paul Di'Anno (RIP Paul). Strange World is one of my favorites. And the stuff with Blaze Bayley, Sign of the Cross was honestly better with Blaze singing than Bruce IMHO. Not that Bruce isn't legendary mind you!
U cant overestimate their importance. RIP to the original lead singer, even bruce on stage, gave him props. The beginning of heavy metal, the incredible voice, the talented musicians, no songs under 5 minutes, incredible storytelling in all their songs, the stage show...bruce himself very intelligent, highly educated ,and Flies their jet to all their gigs!😮
Iron Maiden and AC/DC are on another level from Korn. There just isn’t any comparison, talent-wise. But, it’s all art, so if Korn is your thing, that’s cool. ‘Maiden’ and AC/DC started in the 70’s and both have deep catalog’s of great songs. Great reaction!
Mia Singer of Iron Maiden is Bruce Dickinson as founder, Steve Harris (Bassist) of the band calls Bruce, "Human Air Siren". Iron Maiden started out in 1975. Then few years later, Dave Murray, guitarist joined the band. Iron Maiden did have another singer named Paul Di'Anno who recently died last month. Bruce during his solo tour visited Paul as Paul's band was nearby. Iron Maiden also had original drummer named Clive Burr until 1982. Nicko McBrain, current drummer replaced him in 1983. Adrian Smith completed dual guitar combo. In the 90's Adrian and Bruce left the band. New guitarist replaced Adrian, and his name Janick Gers. Bruce and Adrian came back to the band. Instead of firing Janick, Iron Maiden kept him in the band making triple threat guitars. All three of them share leads on each song. Fans of Iron Maiden called all 3 as "Three Amigos" Bruce until recently was licensed airline pilot who flew the band in custom Boeing's 747 or 757 for their world tours. Piloting was Bruce's second career. These planes were nicknamed as "Ed Force One" after Iron Maiden's official mascot, "Eddie". Band's play on words after US President's official plane (code name). These planes don't become Air Force One until current President arrives to the plane. I believe that Bruce was forced to retired from flying airliners because he reached age limit of an airline pilots. Reason that I know is pilots usually keep their hair short according to regulations while Buce let his hair grow out By the way, Steve Harris is the main songwriter for Iron Maiden.
If you like bass, you will certainly love Iron Maiden. The bassist, Steve Harris is a legend and his bass is featured prominently in their music. He also writes all of the songs for the band.
Despite what people think, the song is the re-telling of a nightmare bassist Steve Harris had after he watched The Omen Part 2. Or, I believe it was Part 2. Fun fact: when they were recording this album, the album's producer got into a car accident with a car full of nuns. The repair bill for his vehicle came out 666 British pounds. He was so freaked out that he asked the mechanic to add another Pound to the bill.
Finally!!! Now you’re on the right path, Mia. Yeah this video is about 40 years old. But iron maiden is still selling out stadiums all over the world. Watching your videos I know you don’t really watch too many live performances. But Iron Maiden for me is one of the best Live band there is. Since you’re into the horror, I would recommend the song Fear of the Dark. But watch one of the live videos, and you will be astonished by the size of the crowd and their involvement. And the energy of the band is just insane.
Hello Mia. Another great reaction video. Thanks bringing back a great band from the past. They were definitely before Korn. Run to the Hills was another great song. Keep it up.
I grew up with Iron maiden as a kid living in West Germany back in the early 80's. I saw Maiden during their Power Slave European Tour back in 84'. I took my 16 year old son to the Iron Maiden US Tour Concert in Tacoma, Washington and few months ago...they kicked ass.
Great reaction Mia! Iron Maiden started in 1975 pioneering the New Wave of British Heavy Metal of the late 70s and early 80s. They are, in my opinion the biggest metal band ever since. Very influential to many bands and many genres. You should react to The Rhyme of The Ancient Mariner live. The energy live is what maiden is all about. They are still active touring the states right now. Up The Irons!!!
Iron Maiden's "Fear of the Dark" Live in Rio! with Soreño* Americano (*South;) fans so inspiring as the audience "vocalizes" with Bruce Dickinson's voice & their music! 🫡
Great reaction. Iron Maiden. So many bangers. But if everyone who had their posters at home or were wearing their T-Shirts actually would have bought their albums back then, Iron Maiden would be Billionaires 😄😄
Maiden were at the forefront of the 'New Wave of British Heavy Metal' in the late 70s, early 80s. They were an influence on Metallica and other thrash metal bands that emerged in the mid 80s. A huge arena band still going strong today, albeit Bruce doesn't have the vocal power anymore after suffering from throat cancer.
"Hallowed Be Thy Name", "Rime Of The Ancient Mariner", "Run To The Hills", "Fear Of The Dark", "2 Minutes To Midnight" and "Dance Of Death" are great Iron Maiden tracks for you to react to as well.
"Iron Maiden - Hallowed Be Thy Name (live)" is awesome! He was called 'Bruce "The Air Raid Siren" Dickinson' because of his high and powerful voice. He also got his commercial pilot's license and he personally piloted the band's own Boing 747 for many of their tours. There's a documentary about one of the tours on AXS TV I believe.
Oh dam. About time you react to one of my favorite bands of all time !! .my favorite song is hollowed be thy name and curse of Benjamin briggs . Enjoy hun .
I’ve been watching your channel but as soon as I saw Iron Maiden and Def Leppard videos up on the same day, I had to sub. Thanks for reacting to two of my all time favourite bands. We just need to get you listening to Judas Priest and we’re well on the way!
Iron Maiden are an English heavy metal band formed in Leyton, East London, in 1975 by bassist and primary songwriter Steve Harris. Although fluid in the early years of the band, the line-up for most of the band's history has consisted of Harris, lead vocalist Bruce Dickinson, drummer Nicko McBrain, and guitarists Dave Murray, Adrian Smith and Janick Gers. As pioneers of the new wave of British heavy metal movement. The bands 747 jet in which the band and all the crew members fly on his flight number 666. Bruce Dickinson, lead singer, is also a pilot.

Iron Maiden is a beast, they are currently touring and once this one is over they will start a 50th anniversary tour in 2025. Hallowed Be Thy Name or Run to The Hills from this same album or if you do Rime of the Ancient Mainer gotta be a live version, no original video for it. There is also videos for The Trooper, 2 Min to Midnight and Aces High. Maiden is probably one of the greatest influences of the bands that you mentioned that you like.
Yes love you are saying it right 😊and they are around the same time. Watching you get into the music and see you start to show that perfect smile, I can’t help but smile so thank you for making my day better ❤ Still waiting to see you do LED Zeppelin I am sure you will love them 🥰
Iron Maiden is one of my favorite bands of all time 💯🔥 and they're old 😅 But legends nonetheless. I love your reactions, and I'm happy that there are people like you with an open mind to give them a chance and give them their flowers 🙏🏻 Much love to you and respect 🤙🏻😁
New Sub ... amazing reaction...that's 80s video but they still rock now just as good and had. Definitely More Maiden..up the Irons. ❤ Keep up the great work
Hello, my name is Brian from White Bear Lake, Minnesota... So i have a song video for you to watch from Iron Maiden, it's the Live 1982 version of 'Hallowed Be Thy Name', it is considered to be the best rock video ever made, singer Bruce Dickinson sings his butt off in this video, you can really hear his operatic voice come out in this song, with his long vabratos, and long notes, not to mention his vocal range. In my opinion this why i think every other rock singer secretly wishes that they could sing like Bruce could when he was in his prime. Pay attention to the long note in the beggining of the song, and the 2 long notes at end of song, they are 'EPIC'...The song is about a man being sent to the gallows to be hanged and he is looking back on his life. Most of Iron Maiden's songs are about an important event that has happened in history. So watch this video for sure, it is amazing !!!...Must Watch. Thank You🤘🤘 Video Link Below: th-cam.com/video/7vP2hFFV57E/w-d-xo.html&feature=share
When doing Iron Maiden, reacting to the live version is almost allways the correct choice. They are one of if not the best live band out there. Fear of the dark live version is a must! If you love guitar solos you are gonna love this one.
I'M GLAD YOU ENJOYED THE BEST METAL BAND IN HISTORY IRON MAIDEN HAS SOLD OVER 100 MILLION RECORDS WITHOUT A SINGLE ON THE RADIO INCREDIBLE BAND ...UP THE IRONS !!!!
Good reaction. You can be very pleased with yourself. Iron Maiden fans and Music fans in general are always looking for these videos. I think you'll be serving up some hot, fresh content for us all for a long time. There is so much to discover. You'll have a great time. Another tidbit of Iron Maiden lore you will find fascinating..or horrifying. They got their name from a terrible torture device used in the old days. I encourage you to look it up and see for yourself. God bless. Keep 'em coming! \m/
Steve Harris, the bass player and main song writer, has a very distinct style known as the gallop. He has been imitated by generations of rock and metal bassists.
My late uncle used to work with bassist and, I think, principal songwriter Steve Harris (b&w striped shirt) in England (obv.) in the early 70s. Remember reading about them back then in rock'n'roll fanzines, each tour their mascot Eddie, the big robotic corpse would get bigger and more elaborate and sophisticated. 🧟♂️🎩 🤪🤙🏼🎶🖤🍁🖤✨️🦇
This Iron Maiden song came out in 1982, and their first album came out in 1980. By comparison, Metallica's first album came out in 1983 and Korn's in 1994.
Iron maiden fan base is gigantic. They really have very little AirPlay radio play throughout the years. The live shows their fan base are what's happening with this band
Dying to see you start down the rabbit hole with, In This Moment. The song "Whore" is a great female empowerment anthem. Melodic vocals, absolute rock smashing guitar grooves. I suspect (even though I am a huge Korn fan) you may have a new fav artist!
Happy Halloween 2024. THIS IS METAL. I didn't want to suggest this until you became acclimated. This song Is like induction worthy. You had to have the ears and knowing to appreciate it this much. Or, or else you'd probably disconnect with it. But since everyone's coaching you so properly. It Slaps lol. Happy Halloween. Lol. Love.
Fun fact: Iron Maiden has their own private plane called the Ed Force One. Bruce Dickinson who is the bands lead singer is also the pilot of this plane.
Up the irons Mia my heavy metal chick from hell!!! 😁😁 The album Seventh son of a seventh son witch they made back in 88 is for me the best metal album ever. You can pick any song from that album and it is a masterpice. Waiting for you to start wearing Maiden shirts now, 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Vincent Price did the intro. He also did the intro for Michael Jacksons Thriller. Michael offered $25,000 or 2% of the album sales. Mr. Price took the $25,000😢
That scream is why Bruce Dickinson is called the human air raid siren Up the iron's 🤘 Next listen to hallowed be thy name live at Hammersmith. You're gonna dig it.
Fun reaction to the greatest band of all time. And for those who've read Bruce's first novel can I just say "or at least aliens worth negotiating with", am i right?
Hello Mia, when we were younger we only had the radio to listen to. So song like this didn't get played on the radio cuz the were to controversial. So if you couldn't afford the album we only could hear songs like this if a friend had the album. Thanks for sharing your interest in the best music ever made.
Hey Lovely Mia ! Love Iron Maiden! I had the chance to go see them Play live in Paris many years ago ! They have so many great songs and "2 minutes to midnight" is one of them ! 🥂🌹🌹🌹🌹
Glad you laughed at the video and realized it’s tongue in cheek. There was the satanic panic in metal back in the eighties, people thought metal was genuinely evil, but this song is based on the Omen movies and is more of a horror fantasy. The Godzilla cameo and the dance contest in the video is telling the audience don’t take this too seriously
Gracias por la reacción!! Una gran canción, con mucha energia y heavy metal ajajjaa Otras canciones que me gustaría recomendarte son: Aces high, the evil that men do, clansman, Dance of death, 2 minutes to midnight, rime of the ancien mariner, iron maiden, hallowed be thy name. ¿Ya conoces a Rammstein? Otra gran banda que no debes perderte. Saludos ❤
In concert they had an above ground pool on stage and a 30 foot tall Eddie slowly rose up out of the pool. Besides Tool and Ozzy, they had the best stage show of anyone I've seen
Not wanting to wear a band shirt because you don't know who they are yet. Respect. New sub. Stranger in a Strange Land is a nice groove. You've probably heard Wasted Years or at least the chorus. Rock on.
When I was in middle school I started getting into metal, mostly the numetal stuff of the time - Korn, Coal Chamber, Deftones, Bizkit etc - plus some of the 80s and early 90s bands like Metallica and Pantera, but I could never get into Maiden or the other NWOBHM bands for whatever reason. It just didn't resonate with me at the time. Then in high school I went through a punk rock phase for a while. But when I was 16 I stumbled upon Number of the Beast and my mind was blown! I couldn't believe what I was missing out on! I was a born again metalhead, and I owe it all to Iron Maiden! I'm 39yo now, I'm wearing my Maiden - Live After Death t-shirt, and I still get goosebumps every time I listen to Bruce Dickinson's scream on this track!
Iron Maiden is my favorite band and the reason I clicked your video/found your channel and it all started with hearing Number of the Beast, which is from their 3rd album, released around the same time Metallica released their 1st album. You're pronouncing it correctly and taking your first steps in what should be an incredible journey through the best band in metal history. Two Minutes to Midnight is one of my favorite songs that you should check out. Korn wouldn't form for another 10 years later.
Mia you opened the Pandora’s box what is Iron Maiden , there’s no turning back now🤘🏻🤩🤘🏻. Iron maiden was one of the ones that started the New wave of British heavy metal invasion to the US in the 80s ,
Great choice for an Iron Maiden song, but it’s just one of many many great tunes! May I request “Waisted Years?”… So, I would like to ask that you give another band a listen to. You like Iron Maiden and you like Metallica, so I would like to introduce to you a band that was/is heavily influenced by Iron Maiden and Metallica. Please, check out an all female power/thrash metal band from Japan called Lovebites! They have tons of amazing songs that I think you’d like to hear … “Set the World on Fire” “Holy War” “MDO” “Scream for Me” “We the United” are just a few of their great live performances! Check them out, I’m sure you will come out blown away by their talent. Anyways, this was another wonderful reaction and, yes, that is the most wonderful AC/DC shirt I’ve ever seen…. Looking forward to watching more of your fun reactions… 🙏🏼
Hello Mia. Great reaction to a great song😎🤘🏼 I noticed you mentioning that you like anything horror. Then you would really enjoy viewing and reacting to ‘Big Bad Wolf’. A song by the metal band In This Moment. With a female lead singer named Maria Brink. She is fuckin killer! Keep rocking Mia!🤘🏼
You really must listen to more Iron maiden you most certainly won't be disappointed by what you hear of this legendary band and they are still kicking some butt today with there epic music and Bruce Dickinson still maintaining his truly amazing singing voice and still giving it loads on stage live they really are awesome that I can truthfully say and I'm really looking forward to hearing more from you with other great bands you are in for a great treat with some real classic music keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing your reaction to some great legendary bands on here
Hallowed be thy name, fear of the dark and dance of death are my favourites at the moment. But with such a huge back catalogue and the fact that they are still around, it can change quite often!
How come NOBODY has told this Chick the Golden Rule of metal music.
YOU NEVER EVER EVER.... PAUSE A GUITAR SOLO!!!
This x 10! Love you, Mia!
People have, she just doesnt listen. Typical GenZ
Because she gets views for giving a view.😂 2 big ones.
What if you need to react to Joe SATRIANI (!!! my cell phone self correct Satriani to Stephani, for god's sake!), Steve Vai, etc?
@rogeriopenna9014 seriously? Have you watched this chicks reactions? You think any of that's on her "must react to" list?
... She was fan girling over 'Ice Ice Baby' 😂😂😂
Iron Maiden was founded December 1975. They are a major influence to many metal bands. And they are still touring.
Off to Budapest next May to see them.. The cost of the ticket is money well spent
Well, touring .. they're actually flying, their singer has a commercial pilot license for huge airliners.
They're literally registered as "Flight 666".

Thank You🤘🤘

You said it perfect another great song from them is Run To The Hills!
Iron Maiden is 80s alongside Metallica. Korn, Disturbed, and Drowning Pool were all 90s early 2000s. MORE MI!!!!!
Hallowed be thy name from 1982 hammersmith.
Steve Harris, the bass player and main song writer, has a very distinct style known as the gallop. He has been imitated by generations of rock and metal bassists.
Hallowed Be Thy Name is one of the greatest songs ever written. Gotta hear that one.
🧟♂️🎩
🤪🤙🏼🎶🖤🍁🖤✨️🦇
This Iron Maiden song came out in 1982, and their first album came out in 1980. By comparison, Metallica's first album came out in 1983 and Korn's in 1994.
Iron maiden fan base is gigantic. They really have very little AirPlay radio play throughout the years. The live shows their fan base are what's happening with this band
They had a ROBOTIC "EDDIE" on the stage and are known for having "EXTRAVAGANT" live shows with "next level" special effects
Lol. Love.
Mia! Yes, up the Irons! Awesome beautiful 😍
Thanks for your feedback. You made my heart 💓
Just saw them last night in Brooklyn and they are still incredible. Doctor Doctor's orders: You need to react to more Maiden and it needs to be LIVE🤘
This is just the tip of the iceberg for Iron Maiden.
They have a plethora of songs to discover.
Fun fact: Iron Maiden has their own private plane called the Ed Force One. Bruce Dickinson who is the bands lead singer is also the pilot of this plane.
Not any more mate. They actually had two. One is now used by Fed Ex and the other was scrapped in 2011.
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 you need The Trooper in your life 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
They came out somewhere before our at the same time as Metallica. Late 70's early 80s
Up the irons Mia my heavy metal chick from hell!!! 😁😁 The album Seventh son of a seventh son witch they made back in 88 is for me the best metal album ever. You can pick any song from that album and it is a masterpice. Waiting for you to start wearing Maiden shirts now, 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
First concert I ever saw was Iron Maiden, with Twisted Sister as the opening act, in December 1984 (World Slavery Tour)
Vincent Price did the intro. He also did the intro for Michael Jacksons Thriller. Michael offered $25,000 or 2% of the album sales. Mr. Price took the $25,000😢
That scream is why Bruce Dickinson is called the human air raid siren
Up the iron's 🤘
Next listen to hallowed be thy name live at Hammersmith. You're gonna dig it.
I can safely say your channel will be BIG🤗
Fun reaction to the greatest band of all time.
And for those who've read Bruce's first novel can I just say "or at least aliens worth negotiating with", am i right?
Love it! Killers next🤘Rip Paul Di'Anno😈🤘
Seen them live in concert sold out show crowd was crazy, seen them once like to see them again 🤘😆🤘🎸🎸🎸🥁🎤
Hello Mia, when we were younger we only had the radio to listen to. So song like this didn't get played on the radio cuz the were to controversial. So if you couldn't afford the album we only could hear songs like this if a friend had the album. Thanks for sharing your interest in the best music ever made.
Her reactions are as real as her tatas. Maiden stands on their music.
Una gran canción, con mucha energia y heavy metal ajajjaa
Otras canciones que me gustaría recomendarte son: Aces high, the evil that men do, clansman, Dance of death, 2 minutes to midnight, rime of the ancien mariner, iron maiden, hallowed be thy name.
This song is about a "DREAM" NOT WORSHIPING SATAN" like so many have "ASSUMED"
I liked it too a 10 for the song and you and your reaction babe❤
Most important metal band ever. Maiden is religion
Put me in the "you should react to Hallowed Be Thy Name" camp. Should do a live version... Bruce Dickinson leads the crowd like a conductor.
Iron Maiden was formed in 1975 and this song is from 1982
Iron Maiden is my favorite band and the reason I clicked your video/found your channel and it all started with hearing Number of the Beast, which is from their 3rd album, released around the same time Metallica released their 1st album. You're pronouncing it correctly and taking your first steps in what should be an incredible journey through the best band in metal history. Two Minutes to Midnight is one of my favorite songs that you should check out. Korn wouldn't form for another 10 years later.
With your love of guitars you must watch DragonForce - Through the Fire and Flames. You will love it!!!
May I request “Waisted Years?”…
So, I would like to ask that you give another band a listen to.
Just a Maiden in Denver two weeks ago. Mindblowing.
You really must listen to more Iron maiden you most certainly won't be disappointed by what you hear of this legendary band and they are still kicking some butt today with there epic music and Bruce Dickinson still maintaining his truly amazing singing voice and still giving it loads on stage live they really are awesome that I can truthfully say and I'm really looking forward to hearing more from you with other great bands you are in for a great treat with some real classic music keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing your reaction to some great legendary bands on here
Congrats on becoming a Metalhead. Up the Irons!
Gotta earn a shirt and go to a Iron Maiden show! You won't regret it and you'll be hooked!!!!
Hallowed be thy name, fear of the dark and dance of death are my favourites at the moment. But with such a huge back catalogue and the fact that they are still around, it can change quite often!
the trooper is a must. based on a true story too.
November 6th,2024, I'm going to see Iron Maiden !!!
HI MIA GREAT REACTION LOVE THIS SONG ENJOY THE MAIDEN RABBIT 🐇HOLE😍
