@@abde6562 The goal of the game is to hit the colored ball into the hole. If you miss, it's the other persons turn. And both of them keep missing an easy shot despite them being professionals 🤣
@@stewiegriffin9768you might be thinking of pool, not necessarily snooker. In snooker, if your opponent fails to hit the correct colored ball, you are awarded four points in a foul. Shaun here is down 14 points, but there’s only 13 points on the table. So, he needs to force Ben to foul to have a chance at winning. Ben doesn’t want to give him this chance, so he’s putting the pink ball (next that must go in) as close as possible to the hole (without hitting it in) so Shaun has to hit it in, thus causing the game to end since Shaun wouldn’t be able to come back due to the point differential and rules regarding fouls. So, Ben is purposely trying to keep the pink ball out while simultaneously trying to put Shaun in a position where he’d either hit the black ball first and/or miss the pink ball entirely, causing another foul and another four points to be awarded
@@jatar6605 But what if Woollaston potted the pink? That'd cause the point differential to rise to 20 (if I understand it correctly). And then, he could pot the black, or maybe even let Shawn pot it.
