I have a 2017 BX2380 with the same deck and front loader. I also have the rear blade, which I keep on in the winter, but it is off through the mowing season. I have never taken the front bucket off. It is necessary in the winter, and with 9 acres to take care of, there is always a use for it in the summer as well. I just hit 500 hours and I have no complaints. It's one tough little tractor. Servicing it is easy, so no need for trips back and forth from the dealership. I was a J.D. man until the price difference became ridiculous. I love my Kubota and am glad I swallowed my green pride and made the right choice. I hope you get as much from yours as I have from mine. Cheers mate.
I have this same machine which I purchased in May 2019 and I love it. Have a bunch of attachments and added some mods. Have a few TH-cam videos if you want to check it out. I have more videos but Ive been slacking on getting them posted lol. The quick disconnect front loader is awesome once you get use to it. Enjoy your new toy!
Thanks MaineOutdoors. What part are you from? I have some family up in Port Clyde. Beautiful state. I've had an issue with the parking stand on the loader not locking in unless I get off and push the arms til they lock. No issues getting to come back in though. Need to get it back to the dealer to check out. Still works, I just have to get off. Will def check out your channel. I know what you mean about posting content. Harder to keep up with than it seems. Major respect for the channels that have tons of subs and post every week. More of a side hobby for me.
I live a couple hours southwest of Port Clyde near Sebago lake area. TH-cam is more of a hobby for me too, my son talked me into it after buying the tractor haha. I have learn a lot from watching youtube, ton of Kubota videos. It is fun adding stuff and modifying these tractors. My property has hills and some wooded area, so I have things like rear wheel spacers, skid plate, wheel ballistic, etc. Grapple is my favorite attachment, which I need to make a video of that in action.
How does it mow? Do you leave the loader on to mow? Have a john deere x700 series now. It's obviously much smaller but it's still 1000 lbs. Just curious with the added 400 or so lbs how it acts when you mow.
Hi Todd. Great question. I should make a video on cut quality, but the truth is my lawn isn't much to make a video on. 2 acres of non irrigated bahia (cow Pasture grass). As far as the cut quality of the MMM deck, I'd give it 7-8 out 10. I seem to get a better cut the lower I set it, but that may also due to the long stringy blades of grass I have tend to lay down more the higher I cut. As far as the tractor goes, it doesn't leave ruts or tear up the grass, but again, dry soil and tough Pasture grass. I would think if I had a nice quality lawn, or soft soil, it would adversely affect it more. I typically drop the loader before mowint. It only takes a minute (literally) in order to have more maneuverability. At a minimum I'll drop the bucket. After I'm done mowing, it only takes another minute to reattach the loader. The JD quick park might be a little more refined than kubota's, but the quick disconnect hydraulic coupler is really the deal maker for the kubota.
Looks good. A few things missing. Some KOOL mods from Paul & Kathy Short. I have a video with a few mods, but have since added more. I even got me a skid plate from bxpanded.
Hi Ali. I believe you run a smallish cat 1 flail mower, but I don't have any personal experience with one. I'd guess something in the 48 to 54 inch wide range would be good.
That is one hell of a rig man! You’ve always had Kubotas. I saw the older kub you posted to marketplace. That thing was super clean. Do a demonstration on how that loader and deck come off. I’d love to see that.
I have a 2370. Love the hell out of the thing. There is no better time than Kubota time. Enjoy.

Yeah, the bexpanded skid plate is on my short list now that I got the Land Pride RCR1248!
Hi, I have one just like it and I need to know if I can adapt a flail mower to it and what it would be. Thank you
