this has gone straight to my favourites list of stretches. This was perfect after the earlier cardio. I use your stretches as often as I can fit them in and in particular first thing in the morning....they really do help so much. Thank you for including these.

I left work early today for my yearly physical, did great. Blood pressure is good, maintaining my weight, so after all that I decided to come home and do your deep stretch, felt great . I do have quite a bit arthritis in my back. So all this stretching is much needed. Thank you Chris ❤❤❤❤😊
Deep stretching feels so good. I tried on the floor and on the chair to see the difference. Both give a great stretch!! Your modifications are helpful for us to stay engaged rather than quit. PS: I am not Linda Marciniszyn but I loved the stretch too. Haha Thanks Chris!!💚❤️

20 minute stretch is perfect for me. The 10 minutes seem too short but I have a hard time focusing on the ones that are 30 mins or more.
This may be my favorite stretch. Effective and calming. Thanks!
